We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via Airbnb messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

POOL HEATING
>$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>If stay is a month long or more, guest pays pool usage

PETS
>Not a pet friendly home, sorry
>$250 if pets are brought into the home

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through VRBO there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
This home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. Please remember that the community has neighbors that live here full-time. No parties, gatherings or loud noises permitted. The city code-enforced quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m.–8:00a.m.

This is a smoke-free property, including the outside area. Please no smoking of any substance, including vaping.

Please remember we love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due too many people being allergic.
