Inside, the home flows through an open, airy kitchen + living + dining space made for lounging and connecting—complete with a 65” Smart TV built into a modern slat wall, an LED fireplace, and dimmable lighting for the perfect movie-night mood.

There is not a dedicated parking spot. Street parking is very close-by but on a first come basis in the neighborhood, and we cannot guarantee there is a spot near the home. This is an AMAZING walkable location and UBER/Lyft's are easy.


STRICTLY ENFORCED: This is a friendly & quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors and do not disturb at any time. No loud music and parties allowed. No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 10PM. If surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside OR outside property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

Please observe our house rules. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!



•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, and heater.

•No Smoking of ANY KIND ($1,000 Penalty) INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY

•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays

•Check-in time is 4pm - 10pm

•No Extra/ Overnight Guests ($100 per extra guest per night if this was not disclosed on initial booking)

•No Mail Delivered here

•No moving or rearranging of the furniture

•No unplugging of the electronics

•No Pre-Check in Bag Storage

•No Pets

•No disturbing neighbors

•No loud noise or music past 9:00pm

•10am is check out time.

•No hot-tub gate (enter at your own risk)

•No Diving, running or rough play in or around the hot-tub

•No glass near the hot-tub area

•Do not tamper with hot-tub equipment

•Do not add soaps, bubbles, or foreign substances to the hot-tub

•Please dry off before entering the house after exiting the hot-tub.

•Do not leave wet towels or clothes on furniture or floors

**We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and keep your security deposit if these rules are broken
