- Guests must be comfortable and able to climb 15 steps to get to the condo upstairs.
-Pet policy: One small adult dog allowed with payment of $100 pet fee (non-refundable). Guests take full responsibility for any damages caused by their pets.

Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The house was perfect for people to stay up late and not disturb anyone sleeping. We completed a 1000 piece puzzle on the coffee table; cooked huge family meals, and had room to put up a Christmas tree.
