Stayed Mar 10, 2023Overall good. The manager requires you to physically come to the office to get the code. We asked for a remote check in and they accommodated. One note this house is right on HWY 321 which is the main 2 lane road coming into Gatlinburg from NC. Hot tub is right at the road. It does have a half wall privacy divider but they could have brought the wood slats further to give complete privacy. Just a few negatives. We were visited by mice overnight. Also ants inside the house. They need pest control for sure but otherwise it was a cute nice home.
