Highly Desired Beautiful Huge Craftsman Home -1mile Uptown!!

Very nice home, perfect for a large group

When we arrived the house was clean and ready for us to move in. The home is beautiful and big enough to host my 60th! We had some folks staying over because of the storm and we had enough room to sleep comfortably. Chris, was on top of our communication regarding the storm and the entire stay. I highly recommend this home. Next door is this spot where they serve food and wine and beer and some of us went and chilled there. Super convenient! The house is located very close to many shopping areas and downtown. Again, beautiful, comfortable, clean and great communication from host! Thank you Chris for making my 60th memorable!

Great location, house a big and spacious! Great host!

This home was the perfect place to celebrate Christmas with my family. We stayed for five days, and the space comfortably accommodated all 10 adults without ever feeling crowded. We especially enjoyed spending time on the back patio and taking in the pleasant weather.There were a few minor details that could have improved the stay, such as some scuff marks on the walls and an insufficient number of towels for a group of 10 staying five nights. That said, the host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and overall we had a great experience.

The house was excellent! We rented it for by 50th birthday, and it met all of our expectations. The cleanliness, communication with the owner, and amenities were top notch. My only issue with the home is the location of the alarm key pad and the inability to park in the garage, which would have allowed for enough parking for everyone. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

The location is perfect for all things Charlotte especially downtown. The rooms are big and comfy, the kitchen has beautiful appliances, the common areas are roomy and perfect for gathering. The neighborhood is wonderful. A cute little wind bar/grocer close by. An alarm system an added plus. Great security. Room for a lot.of.people. Great extras. The host/owner was VERY KIND. Even let us borrow a steamer. 10 stars out of 10. You will not be disappointed staying at this lovely home.

The house was very clean, easy to access, the host was easy to communicate with, convenient location to grocery store, ample parking, great neighborhood, quiet, all amenities needed, very spacious, my family was very impressed, ZERO complaints, we will definitely visit again and refer to others

We had no mechanical or appliance issues.Some air vents whistle, loudly! tough to converse beneath them. Over all, we felt comfortable and safe.We'd definitely return to this property if we're back in the area.Great location, easily accessible from town and highways, Spacious and clean home.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.
