For the location and price you can hardly do better. I was a 10 minute walk from everything I wanted to do while in Puerto Vallarta. However, as one might expect the facility isn't as nice as the hotels in the area. The biggest problem was one of the beds is really uncomfortable. The other is decent but if there are two people in your party I'd stay away. I also could not get my clippers to plug into the outlet in the bathroom. I ended up trimming my beard by plugging into an outlet near the bed and using the selfie cam on my phone. There were a few other minor maintenance issues but the shower water was hot and the AC worked so it did fine for the week.

It was a basic apartment. No microwave, kettle or coffee maker but very clean and great location.

Loved the place, great to have big fridge, good location. Only issue we had is my sister cannot do stairs well and there are a fair amount of stairs to climb.

Older traditional Mexican but clean and secure. Excellent location. Staff very friendly.

It was very clean the staff is wonderful .. And I love the location it's just perfect for me. I would like to book it again for next year 1st floor second room it's my favorite. I was very nice to get the same roomgot hurt and had to leave got a flight back early. So I lost my last week unfortunately.

It was absolutely perfect experience. Would like to stay there again next year I would like the VRBO representative That rented the property to get hold of me if he would.

The owners need to post that visitors are not allowed. I was traveling alone and on occasion I like to have people over for drinks and perhaps a meal but was told when I got there that this was not allowed. I am 71 years old, traveling alone and sometimes I want a visitor or two. I am not a loud person and well mannered. I did enjoy talking to the other people renting at the condo complex. It is noisy on the street but I did not mind that. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but not the no visitor policy. I will not rebook unless the no visitors policy still exist for my next trip to PV.

A fantastic location. Clean, friendly staff. Close to the best beach and great restaurants. Well maintained pool. Would would highly recommend it.

Nothing fancy but it’s comfortable and close to the beach. The inside is very clean. It is close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Beautiful view. There is a pool that is open from 9-9. The gates out front close at 11 but there is always someone there to let you in after. The place is quiet at night. Great price for a great location!

Great place for the price. If you looking for upscale place, this may not be for you. If you wanna be close to everything and just need a place to crash. Highly recommend. Defiantly coming back.
