Guest Access:
Please note that the owner is sometimes living on site in the downstairs accommodation and may be living at the property when you stay.

Please note we have a no party, minimal noise policy. This policy is also in line with our local council Laws. If excessive noise occurs, we will be contacted. This could result in us asking you to leave, with no refund given.
