High Street Retreat: Freshly Remodeled Private Home w/ Hot Tub, Walk to Main

The High Street Retreat was an excellent place for our family of 5! We could quickly walk to downtown to multiple dining and shopping locations. Our suburban fit in the garage. The hot tub was very clean and comfortable after a day of skiing! The kitchen and laundry area are furnished and a nice convenience. It really is a cozy and comfortable home with a large master bedroom and comfortable beds. The local coffee grounds, hand warmers and chapstick provided were the perfect touch!

We had a great stay! This house is in a great location to downtown - very walkable. Our family really enjoyed the hot tub and walking to Main Street and the nearby sledding hill. Beds were very comfortable! Only feedback would be that it would have been nice to have a dresser or some sort of shelving in the primary bedroom/closet to store clothes in.

We had a few questions during our stay and it was very easy to get in contact with our host. We really appreciated the quick responses!The location was also fabulous and we walked to dinner and shopping almost every night.We also loved the heated garage and left all of our gear in it overnight and were pleased to be putting on dry and warm clothes and boots each morning before we left for the slopes! Thanks for hosting us! We will be back soon.

RRR promptly answered all of my questions during booking and were extremely friendly and helpful during the entire process. Prior to check-in they provided very easy and straightforward information about how to access the property, and the whole process couldn't have been easier. Everything about the property was exactly as advertised in the listing and we found nothing that fell short of expectations. Kitchen is very well equipped, beds are comfortable, and all the furniture is very high quality.During our stay we experienced some maintenance issues, but they were handled promptly and professionally and our stay was back on track in absolutely no time. The check-out procedure was also reasonable, easy, and straightforward.Couldn't recommend this property more, great bang for your buck and I felt at ease the whole time. Will most definitely look to book again next time I'm in the area.

This house is in a wonderful location and we had everything we needed. It’s a very clean and comfortable home. Master bed was comfy and we enjoyed the hot tub and large tv in the living room. Management company was helpful and very responsive! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very nice and conveniently located to town and local parks but the outside grill was not in a condition that invited cooking. Other than the grill the amenities were fine and bedding comfortable and the garage a nice extra.

Very clean property with great amenities. Easy walk to nearby park for kids, and can walk to Main Street.

The TV is a little tricky

Great proximity to village and slopes. Very spacious place, very clean. Only negative was the hot tub seemed to be a bit heavy on the chlorine

There was a group of 6 of us and it was the perfect fit! Awesome location and perfect setup.

First time visiting Breckenridge. What a great town! The house was perfect for our party of 7. We were able to walk everywhere in the town. Would love to stay here again.

We had 10 people ages 2.5 to 72. Everything was great. Lots of towels, TP, utensils. Beds were comfortable, hot tob was clean and hot. Everything in town was a short drive or walk away.

The house has been perfectly clean and ready with easy entry! The hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes! Fireplace is great. River ridge rentals provided everything we could have needed for our stay from extra toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent etc. the garage is perfect for storing boards/skiis! Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms! They also allowed us a late check out which we truly appreciated! Location is three blocks from Main Street, only a 5 minute walk! Perfect location!

Property was just as advertised, management company was amazing very accommodating and very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property and the management company.

Great location! Wonderful fully stocked home. More than enough room for us and 4 grandchildren. Management was very help to help us check in a day early due to a snowstorm. House is 2 blocks from a sledding hill for the kids. Walking distance to main street and restaurants.Kids loved the spacious bunk beds and the hot tub. We will be back!
