Excellent home, only 8 months.
The house has 05 suites, all with air conditioning split, being 04 with double bed and 01 with two double beds and one single, and perfectly sleeps 13 people. The 04 rooms on the first floor have a balcony. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is located downstairs. Still with some comfort, it sleeps two more people in the sofa bed of the upper intimate seating, for which we have the same sheets, blanket, bedspread and pillow door. To be intimate you can usethe turbo foot fan that works well ... so the house accommodates 15 people. There is even an upstairs fridge for added comfort at night.
On the ground floor there is a dining room with round table for 8 people, a complete kitchen with a large collection of pots, a living room with a sofa bed and TV, a complete dependence for 02 employees and a laundry area.
The outdoor area has a swimming pool with 50 m² illuminated internally with led, 02 pool loungers, a double garden lounger, 03 pool tables with seating for 14 people, complete leisure structure with cover of 75 m² with the following equipment: large table for 12 seats, cooktop with two individual mouths and integrated to the table, complete containers, barbecue of 80 cm of mouth, Venax brewer for 209 liters, cellar for 12 bottles, ice machine, external water cooler, espresso machine, comfortable lounge for 10 people with 65 TV, external toilet with shower, in addition to pool shower, daybeb, 6 bicycles, external balcony with table for games and external sofa for 3 seats.
The outdoor area has large garden, coconut trees, scenic lighting, 02 nets, stranded, coconut trees and garage.

The condominium has tennis court, volleyball, soccer field and multi-sports court, children's playground and rotating security and concierge 24h, in addition to the best sea bath Guarajuba.
In the rent is included a gardener / gardener who daily cleans the pool, gardens and reaps coconuts when he has ....
The rent will be added the amount of energy and water actually spent, counted from the consumption mark at the entrance and from the comparison with the consumption of the output.
