House with 4 suites, all with air conditioning, fully furnished, full kitchen, living room and intimate room, kiosk with barbecue, pool with hydromassage and shower, pool table, 49 TV with Sky and WiFi internet for convenience. Located 300 m from the beach with access by the condominium. Spring house, very ventilated.
The condominium has a large structure and 24 hour security, as well as soccer field, court, playground, bar and large green area.
Distant 4 km from Guarajuba and 15 km from Praia da Forte.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the first floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, all rooms are suites and have air conditioning.

I only rent the whole space.

The house is in a gated community, close to the beach and the river Jacuípe, great for spending weekends or season and family or friends.

At check-in the house is delivered clean and tidy, at check-out we expect it to be returned in the same condition.
There will be a charge for cleaning and maintenance of the pool of $ 150.00. As well as value for water and light corresponding to the consumption of guests, calculated during their entry and exit.
