High Pointe Resort 432

We always love High Pointe! Your unit was beautiful and the perfect space for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at High Pointe 432 - The condo is well equipped. The location can't be beat! Private Beach Access which is a plus for the area. Scenic Stays communicates great and provided me with lots of information prior, during and after our stay. We will be back!

So easy to work with Scenic stays for the trip. Easy checkin, all of the info very clear so we knew exactly what the condo had and what we needed to bring. Very clean, stocked with everything we needed(yay to a cheese grater!), and amazing views. Our only complaint was the complex’s wrist band policy. The bands don’t work or stay on and we got stuck outside of gates that had just worked. The code we were given for the gates did not consistently work either (so likely a gate issue, but a very very frustrating one!) Many guests complained about this, but it could affect our decision to stay at Hi Point in the future.

This condo was in a great location, had everything we needed, and was well decorated and clean. Great stay.

This was our first stay in this unit. We stayed in this resort last year in another unit in the adjacent building. The unit appears to have been updated recently. The furnishings were nice and there was plenty of seating room for our family. We liked the location close to the pool and the walk to the beach is not too bad. I have a few complaints (not complaints really, just more of observation) is the air conditioning ran the entire time. We do prefer it very cool inside but we did not leave the doors open and it only got below 72 degrees on one day. Maybe the unit needs cleaning or filters replaced. I also would have liked to see some basic items in the kitchen such as salt/pepper and scissors. These observations in no way took away from the great week our family shared in this unit. We will definitely stay in this unit again next year!

Great condo, we always love staying at this resort!

The condo was perfect for our family’s stay, we love coming back to High Pointe for spring break. The construction was not intrusive until our last day but we knew about it in advance. The pool was closed for several days of our stay so our kids were bummed they could not use the pool deck or hot tub area.

This property was perfect for our family of four! Clean, comfortable spot overlooking the pool. I love the convenience of Crabby Steves next to water. Easy access to beach and bikes on the property! We also loved that shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We would love to come back!

Great property and great location! Unit was clean and well appointed. Great views of ocean and pool. Property management very responsive although we didn’t need anything during our stay. Will absolutely book again for next year!

Beautiful place to stay! Perfect for our girls trip!

Nicely decorated condo, perfect location between alys and rosemary beach. This condo was on the beach, with a nice pool, and restaurant / bar on property. There were a few things that could have been fixed in the condo broken shower curtain In Guest room, tv in guest room didn’t work, and pocket door In master bathroom needs to be fixed. The rooms also were bright in the morning they could use an additional shade in both rooms. These were minor things and didn’t ruin our stay. Overall nice place.

This condo is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our family of four. We love staying at High Pointe because beach chair/umbrella setup and two bikes are included which is a great value, and we LOVE eating at Crabby Steve’s. It’s also the best location on 30A in our opinion because you are protected from the crowds, both in the condo complex as well as on the beach. We did have family staying in Rosemary & we weren’t allowed to bring them in as guests, but I respect that high security keeps it from becoming overly crowded or rowdy. This condo was the nicest one we have stayed in within High Pointe, love the updates & beds were comfy. There were only 4 hangers and not a lot of drawer space upon arrival, but the PM dropped hangers the next day. I also requested a laundry basket but didn’t get one, so that would be very helpful to add for future guests. A comforter was dirty with stains in bunk room and condo could have used sweeping/dusting, but kitchen and bathrooms were spotless (which is what is most important to me). Overall we were very happy with this unit & had a wonderful week at the beach! Can’t wait to come back.
