High Hopes 72: Oceanfront ,dog-friendly, outdoor pool, tennis

This location is perfect. The views all day were so special.

The view and location are great

Location, proximity to beach, pier fishing, supermarket, etc. Enjoyed being out on the decks overlooking the water.

With some desperately needed updates this would be a great home. Decor and fixtures are very dated. Overall things were clean except HVAC vents and the single ceiling fan were extremely dusty. Vent filters were clogged - we changed one that we could access. The first floor bedrooms have a strong pet smell and second floor living room/kitchen strong grease smell. Great water pressure in the showers was the best we could say about either bathroom; fixtures were ancient. Enjoyed seeing a family of deer pass through the yard one evening. Won’t be a repeat renter of this house.

A group of 5 of us (plus my dog) stayed here the end of April for my 30th. It was perfect for us! The layout is nice, the walk to Nothing fancy, but was kept up nicely. Extremely clean, which we all know isn't true of all pet friendly places. When we first arrived there were some power tools left inside from recent repair work, which didn't bother us, but Management was quick to respond and send someone to retrieve them, the gentleman was so kind and apologetic. The decks/porches were phenomenal and we spent the majority of our time there. We cooked some meals there and the kitchen was very well stocked. We made the best memories in this property. We plan on rebooking again soon for another weekend get away! I recommend this place to everyone. The price, location, and property cannot be beat!

Very nice and clean, we enjoyed our vacation there so much

Lovely sized house for our family of 5. Great location, easy access to beach and also shopping and restaurants. Home could definitely use maintenance, such as hammering nails that are sticking out and fixing the deck gates. Otherwise it’s a nice little house and a prime location.

I stayed in this house in 09 and 10 and things have changed very much but, not to the degree of not wanting to return. There are just many maintenance issues that need to be dealt with. When we come back next year I hope it's different because you have one great location. ?

Property is in need of attention. Killed 3 roaches while we were there. Furniture is dirty. Curtains are dirty. Place is well worn. Will not stay in this location again.

House was good for one family. Needs some fixes and maintenance but overall great location.
