Stayed Mar 27, 2026The property met expectations for the beautiful views. The proximity to Grandfather Mountain was great. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we loved the fireplace. It was very cold during our stay!Our problem with the house was the Nest thermostat. We had great difficulty operating it and it was really cold during our stay!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I visited for Spring Break and had a wonderful stay! The appliances were a little outdated but worked perfectly and we had a little trouble figuring out how to lock the door as the directions in the booklet didn’t match the lock. We called the after hours number and had a solution very quickly. The house was very clean and the water pressure was amazing!! My family and I would definitely stay here again and liked that it was very close to grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Stayed Dec 27, 2025We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views and my family had a wonderful. The only issue is the stairs, I have a 15 month old so I just blocked off the stair case. We wished the jacuzzi worked at the time but that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful trip. Close to everything and not far from the slopes.
