High-End Modern Farmhouse Relaxation in Saugatuck - Close to Downtown

The rental was as described and amazing. Property manager communicated within minutes. There were zero issues with our stay. Priority location is a 10/10, very quiet and peaceful yet a 4 minute drive to downtown! The house had everything you would need, from a toddlers toys to kitchen utensils. Luxury is the best word to describe the experience!

We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this beautiful home. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our adult family vacation including my 4 month old grandson. The home is kid friendly, in a nice neighborhood and surrounded by a wooded area. We enjoyed seeing the deer and turkeys in the yard. Everything was as stated in the VRBO ad and the follow up email prior to our arrival was very thorough. This is a beautiful home and it is well furnished for all your cooking needs!

We had a nice family stay for a week with our adult kids and our 3 year old granddaughter. The house was perfect for the 7 of us with plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and ping pong table was a bonus. The host was quick to respond to all questions and was very easy to work with. Highly recommend this house for a nice getaway. Everything you need to grill and make your own meals. 3/4 mile walk to town.

We have rented many homes in Saugatuck over the past 6 years, and this is by far the cleanest, more beautiful home we have rented! We had three couples, and with bedrooms on each floor, each couple not only had their own bedroom and bath, but the privacy of sleeping on their own floor as well! The house was immaculate, and well stocked. No need to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels or boxes of tissues (so many rental homes don't provide enough paper products!). Not this one! It had everything we needed. Both the outdoor deck and kitchen had tables that seated 6 adults easily. We played games and ate at both of them. And the wooded backyard was private and scenic. Twice, deer wondered through the back yard while we were on the deck (and one of the times, there was a baby deer, too!). We also had a wild turkey wonder through the yard! Us city-kids just loved the wildlife! I have one note regarding the distance to downtown Saugatuck, it is about a mile and a quarter, and we walked it several times, but the roads right around the house do not have sidewalks, so the walk can be a little tricky, especially if you have small children or anyone who has trouble walking on uneven surfaces. However, it is literally a 5 minute drive to every part of the downtown area, and we did that on a few occasions. All in all, it was a wonderful trip, and I would rent this house again in a heartbeat (and hope to, maybe in the Fall, when we would use the hot tub!) Thank you!

It was a fabulous stay. The hosts are responsive. The hot tub, swing set, and ping pong were big attractions. There is a good selection of toys, books, and games that entertained our 3 yr old and 5 yr old. Everything was clean, very user friendly, and quality. Loved it!

A wonderful neighborhood, new house, and everything provided. Some construction noise but still worth it. Very clean and high end! Would stay again!!!

We could not have been happier with our stay at this beautiful Saugatuck home. The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and had more than enough room for our family of four plus two grandparents. The home was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything needed for a restful stay, especially the kitchen. We loved the location and took daily trips into downtown Saugatuck (a 5-minute drive) and beaches, pick-your-own farms and other attractions nearby. Our kids loved the toys in the cozy basement, as well as the ping-pong table, games, books, puzzles and backyard play set. We wouldn't hesitate to return again!

This house is a newer construction house and is very nice. It is extremely well appointed and worked well for our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). Very kid friendly which we loved. We were comfortable and had a great trip. Would love to stay here in again in the future.

We loved Wooded Bliss! The welcome gift was such a nice and thoughtful display of hospitality. Mindy was super accommodating to our needs and very responsive. The house was clean and fresh. We had a great time and loved our experience!!
