High-end home w/ fireplace, gourmet kitchen, sauna, game rm/ large yard/fire pit

Our daughter got married this weekend at Indie Hollow. We had the rehearsal cookout here, the neighbors were great and the house was perfect for what we needed.

Beautiful place! Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors!

The kitchen could've been much cleaner. Many of the dishes were dirty and coffee grounds were left in the coffee maker. Pictures make the space look bigger than it is. Poor construction

We were in town for our daughter's wedding and booked this house for her and all the bridesmaids. Lynn was amazing so accommodating and the pictures don't do this place justice! Would defiantly rent again if in the area!

Clean rooms and kitchen was great. Kids enjoyed the games and space!

The house was lovely and so well appointed. Lynn was incredibly accommodating and helpful. It was the perfect space for what we needed and fit our group so comfortably. Highly recommend this space and this VRBO owner to anyone interested. The street was also very quiet which was a nice added bonus.

Nice quite quaint place!The game room in the garage, the bicycles (since it was descent enough to ride) The kitchen was large, well stocked and a super big refrigerator. Loved the adjustable bed in master bedroom. We even had a fire going outside in the fire pit. We also loved that you could walk downtown, it was decorated nicely! Nice hot water too. Over all great place to stay kids kept busy which was a plus for us adults!

What a great place! Thanks for all the care and attention to detail. We visited after a snowfall and the yard was perfect for building snowmen and having snowball battles - SO FUN! Location was also perfect. We may be in the Dayton area again soon and if so, this would be a wonderful place to stay.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the big back yard, table tennis in the garage and all the comforts of home.

The home was creatively designed with a very large and family friendly kitchen with a huge island and a very spacious refrigerator. There was a Game Room that the kids (and kids at heart) enjoyed. The Bee theme was very clever and carried throughout the home. It was as nice as the photos depicted and was a great place to spend time as a family. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the host, Lynn, was easy to contact and very pleasant to communicate with. We had a Bee-eutiful time and recommend this location highly as a pñace to stay...so much more enjoyable than a hotel!!

Good space for family and friends to gather for our daughters wedding weekend. Convenient to stores and food. Enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard to relax after all the festivities. Did have to purchase some extra toilet tissue and firewood due to low supply at the house. Overall it worked for our needs.

We needed a place for our out of town bridal party to stay, as well as a place for the bridesmaids to get dressed the day of the wedding. This adorable home is located in very quite neighborhood within a couple blocks of downtown Mason, and only 8 minutes from our venue. After rehearsal the evening before the wedding, the bridal party enjoyed a backyard fire together. The next morning the natural light coming in the home was perfect for the bridesmaids getting reading w/hair and makeup teams, and then some time with the photographers before heading to the venue. It was absolutely a perfect stay and special memories were made in this home.

The kitchen was perfect for our dessert assembly lines. We spent the first day enjoying all the extras this property offered. Our host pointed us in the right direction for restaurant and shopping ideas. We will definitely stay here again.

My family really enjoyed this house. We hosted a baby shower here and the bee/honey theme fit perfectly. A very modern and aesthetically pleasing place! It was also nice that there is a high-chair, baby gate, and pack and play available.

We were a family of 7 visiting for the holidays. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kids spent hours in the game room which was wonderful for the cold, rainy days. We used the fire pit one night to make smores and that was also a hit. Popcorn and movie night was perfect in the theatre room. We did a lot of cooking and having that huge kitchen and dining table was wonderful. Great location, close to everything we needed or wanted to do.

My family is extended across the tri-state area and this home was perfectly placed for all to gather and visit for a family holiday celebration. The home is very open and has amazing spaces. The host was lovely to deal with and even gracious enough to decorate for the season! Highly recommend this home.

The Cozy Bee is a fantastic property! We rented house to host a baby shower for our daughter because we no longer live in Ohio. We stayed several days and avoided paying for hotel. The open layout was great for the party, as well as the huge island and counterspace. Kitchen missing a mixer, and thank goodness I brought one because I needed to make several dozen cookies. The ovens were a little dirty, so I wiped out before , using and windexed the glass of light fixtures over island.The weather was suddenly cold, so we had to open the vents for heat as home appeared to be in summer mode. Also, had trouble turning off overhead fan in living room but figured it out. Sadly, the overhead light in living room was burnt out, and owner said she didn't have tall enough ladder to change the bulb, but did offer to buy another floor lamp. We moved one from the second floor into the living room. Cloudy days made space a little dark. We did more cleaning before party because we were hosting event. If our family just staying the cleanliness would've been fine. Guests loved the house and were amazed at the toys in the garage: ping pong, pop-a-shot etc. Wish we could've used these and the large backyard with fire pit. Host was readily available by phone and even allowed me to tour property in advance. She was very nice and easy to work with. Had some difficulty with keypad to check in/out probably due to low battery. We will keep property in mind for future trips to Cincinnati. Thanks Lynn!

Great time!

My family and I lodged with the Cozy Bee cottage for the second time; and just as our first experience, it was wonderful. We truly consider this our “home away from home” in the greater Cincinnati area. The house, neighborhood, and convenience to all attractions are just perfect. Lynn is a wondeful host!

This property fit our needs perfectly. Description of the property and amenities were spot on. We were in town for my daughter's wedding, and it was difficult finding a property that would permit us to have a small gathering for the rehearsal dinner. In addition, we had a specific request due to a health issue of one of the guests. I inquired through the VRBO app, and our host (Lynn) was quick to respond and extremely accommodating. Was the best interaction I have ever had with a host and very appreciated. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the metro area (also very close to King's Island although we did not visit).

Great stay overall! We knew what we were getting in to when we had 11 guests with the sleeping situation. The house is gorgeous and myself and my friends could not agree more

Plenty of room, very nice space both indoor and outdoor. Good location. We really enjoyed our stay, worked great for our family.

Had a wonderful week in Cincinnati with the family. I have family that lives in the area so we were able to get together with them. The house was awesome. It had everything we needed. The children had a wonderful time with the game room. One thing to note if you’re planning on going to Cinti in July. It is HUMID!!!

We had a group of family and friends stay together here while attending a conference in Cincinnati. The home was just as pictured, or even better! Lots to do and plenty of space! The decor was creative and contemporary. Quiet side street was well located. We made good use of the grill, the fire pit, the game room, the bikes, the movie room, and the enormous kitchen/dining area. We would happily come back again… and are already thinking about the next opportunity.
