High-End Arrowhead Lakes Estate w/ Private Boat & Heated Spa

The home is beautiful, professionally cleaned, resort style, syrene and quiet, pool is amazing, tri level flayout was lovely. We enoyed our peaceful stay.

Excellent experience and a fantastic property! Everything was super smooth, and a minor plumbing issue was resolved very quickly with excellent communication. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

Very nicely set up for guest comfort. Though on a somewhat busier street in the neighborhood, overall its a good value with relaxing backyard lake and mountain views.

Great place & location

We absolutely loved our stay at the High-end Arrowhead Lakes Estate. From the moment you enter the house you are wowed by the beautiful home, the view of the gorgeous pool and lake. The views are stunning with the mountains as a backdrop which offer hiking trails. Easily accessible trail within walking distance from the house. The bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and even spices. The hosts are very accommodating and responsive to message and questions. We were greeted by a fantastic welcome basket filled with snacks for everyone. This was a nice touch! Our family had such a wonderful time. We highly recommend this home for anyone wanting a relaxing stay.

The house was immaculate. The view of the lake and mountains was spectacular. The entire family enjoyed the pool and spa. What a perfect setup for a relaxing getaway!

Brian and his wife were great to deal with. We had some unforseen circumstances that came up, and they were extremely accommodating. House was clean. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The pontoon was also a bonus. Overall, a great experience.

This house was amazing! So spacious, well laid out, with an incredible backyard. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, TVs in all of the bedrooms, lots of kitchen space and property manager was super helpful when we had questions. Boat was fabulous. Bots caught LOTS of fish! We swam and fished all day and had an amazing trip making memories before our sons head back to college. Highly recommend this property and this host! Have rented from Karen and Ryan multiple times and their properties are always top notch. Thank you for an amazing family trip!

Beautiful house

We brought our family down to celebrate our daughter's graduation from GCU. We had a wonderful time with 3 generations--relaxing, enjoying the fabulous weather and spending time together. This house was the perfect place to do that.

We stayed here over spring break to see Royals spring training games with 13 people, including an 18 month old, and three other kids six years at under. Had a great time with the amenities, including the pool and the hot tub and the boat. Communication was outstanding with any needs or questions addressed Almost immediately. Would definitely come back again!

Nicely appointed house in pleasant and very quiet area of Glendale. Views from the house of the lake were nice, especially at night. Kitchen is very large and stocked with all the equipment you need to cook for a large group, and the gas grill right outside the kitchen door is very convenient as well. Plenty of space outdoors for a large group and the pool is fun and well-heated--good for cool desert mornings! We wished it were a little closer to some of the activities we did, such as Phoenix Zoo, spring training game at Camelback, mini golf, but that's more a function of Pheonix sprawl than the house's location per se. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable visit. Recommend highly if you're looking in this area.

The stay was great! We really appreciated having a Chefs kitchen with the ability to open up the sliding glass wall to enjoy the indoor/outdoor living. If you like to cook and grill while in close proximity to pool activities this would be the place for you. The location was away from the city enough to enjoy peace and quiet along with great views, but close enough to the city for any other extra curricular activities we wanted to enjoy. The owners were great to communicate with!

Location on the water was very special. My family really enjoyed using the boat that was included. Convenient neighborhood very close to stores and highway. Would highly recommend.

We hosted our family “Thanksmas” here with our adult kids and four grandchildren staying for 5 days; we had plenty of space. The kitchen was great and the family room has plenty of seating. The dining room table seats 12 comfortably. The outdoor space is great. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the heated pool and rides on the pontoon. Would definitely stay here again. Property manager responded immediately with any needs. I would have one caution if you plan to stay here with toddlers: There are two open staircases and the pools and canal call for diligent supervision.
