Higgins Lake - plenty of space for any and all activities

What a perfect location for a 3-day weekend trip to end the summer! Place was very clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed. Location was quiet, but close to everything we wanted to do. Will return for a longer stay next year!!

Excellent location, tons of entertainment available between foosball, ping pong, to bicycles, to boardgames. Check in and out were very easy.

This is our second time staying here and everything was absolutely perfect. We’ll definitely be visiting again.

Our group had a wonderful stay at this place! The property itself was great for a quick trip up north and we enjoyed all of the games/activities throughout the house. Would stay here again and definitely recommend the property to anyone traveling to the Higgins Lake area!

The cabin was amazing and had everything we could’ve needed. There were so many games and fun activities, fire pit, grill, and super close (walking distance) to Higgins Lake. We brought a pontoon and there were accommodations for the extra parking space we needed. The 4yo in our group was always occupied, lazing around and relaxing was so easy- inside and out. I couldn’t recommend this property more. We had a wonderful time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Barney’s Place! We had a few rainy days so we utilized the games in the garage game room - we had ping pong tournaments and foose ball tournaments. When the weather cleared up, we rode bikes, and played corn hole, ladder ball, checkers and Jenga. The fire pit was perfect and used every night for ambiance and making s’mores. There’s lots of rocking chairs on the back porch to relax on. It was the perfect place to stay!

The house was absolutely perfect!!!! We would recommend this place to anyone that wanted to spend time in Roscommon!

Perfect location for what we needed and the house was fun and inviting. Shawnna was very responsive and ensured our needs were met

The house is so nice with the 2 bathrooms, the sunroom, many games, amenities. So close to the lake. Beautiful walks for our dogs. The lockbox was not functioning well but we used the garage opener for in and out. Beds were comfortable. 2 fridges are an extra bonus!! We'll be back next year!

This is the second time we stayed at the barney house. We love how it's prepared for us to relax and have fun. The screened in back porch is ideal, the garage and the back yard is set up for the kids to play. Plus its a short walk the the public beach area.

Property was well maintained, very clean. very much enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our time at Barney’s place and all the amenities it had to offer. I don’t think there was anything we needed that the house didn’t have. Super comfy beds, plenty of space and great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was amazing. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Nicely and funly decorated. There were games everywhere. Board games, card games, yard games. The screened in porch was great, as well as the deck & fire pit. Deer & black squirrels roamed freely. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed (and more). It was so peaceful. You couldn't even hear a car going by. The host has really put there all in to this rental. Amazing!
