Welcome to our family home on Higgins Lake, with 100 feet of private sandy lakefront, crystal-clear water, and beautiful views from nearly every part of the house.
The sandy, shallow shoreline is one of our favorite things about the property. The water remains around knee-deep with a white sand bottom for roughly 300 feet before gradually dropping into deeper water, making it wonderful for swimming and families. A private dock extends 80 feet into the lake.

Stayed Jun 20, 2026The lake views are stunning. The home offers lots of gathering spaces and the rooms are large. Everyone commented in the comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked with any supplies you need and tons of spices. The lake is shallow, clean and has a great sandy bottom. I recommend picking up some firewood on your way. Then sit back and relax. Your hosts are around and helpful. Kip even brought us gas when we ran out on our pontoon! I don’t recommend doing that! But it shows how willing they are to make sure your stay is great.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025We had 10 adults and two children (under 3) and this property checked all our boxes for space, privacy, access to 'safe' swimming water and boat access. Truly a perfect spot for a large group that wants to hang together.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location of the house was perfect and the hosts were staying in other homes on the property. Kip and Mike were very friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to any minor issues that came up.We had the perfect family 4th of July week. We spent much of our time outside in the shallow waters just a short walk from the large deck. It is a spacious property and we had plenty of room for our group.This was one of our favorite family trips ever.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024This house was perfect for 3 separate families and we appreciated the well stocked amenities in the house and 2 refrigerators for our food/drinks. The directions to get to the actual house threw us off since there are several homes sharing a driveway, but once we were in, it was fine. The hosts were very responsive and considerate. The home is a little older, but it’s right on the water with a nice beach for littles- I would definitely stay again.
