Our goal is to create a comfortable and serene space where you can relax after a day of exploring the city.
The apartment is ideal for 2 with a plush hotel style queen bed in the private bedroom, but can comfortably accommodate 4 utilizing the sleeper sofa in the living room.
As per City of Portland permit regulations, all guests must provide full names, address and license plate numbers (if driving) upon arrival.
This is a LGBTQIA friendly listing. We welcome all good people!
This apartment was great for our stay, near to relatives. It is 1/2 below ground, but there are plenty of windows to let light in during the day. The rooms are large and well furnished. You will enjoy a stay here!
This is the second time I've stayed with Nancy and I'll keep coming back. The unit is cozy and conveniently located, clean and quiet. No frills, but perfect for what I need when staying in Portland for a few days. Plus, an excellent selection of teas!
Perefct spot for our visit for our freinds wedding. We didnt have a car and it was very walkable to Division. We appreciated that they had guide books and an iron.
The space was perfect for my partner and I. It was very cozy and quaint while being clean. Comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in and the location was a 5 minute walk from bars/restaurants. Great spot!
I couldn't have found a better apartment for my 5-night stay in Portland. The apartment is spotless and the queen bed very comfortable. The microwave and electric kettle we're enough for my cooking needs, and green and black teas and coffee were well stocked as were cups and glasses. The location is perfect for exploring the Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood, very quiet and safe with ample street parking and within walking distance (10-20 minutes) of everything on Division. Nancy's communication throughout the process was top notch, including reaching out after my first night to make sure everything was in order. Check-in was also a breeze. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I'd definitely stay here again.
This was our first time using Vrbo or any other Stay site. We were nervous, because we always stay at hotels. It was better than expected!!!! The Apt was clean, had all the comforts of home and was so close to all we needed. When i needed anything out host was just a text away. Very Prompt and cordial. When we return to see our daughter again in Portland we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the amazing time.
We like the simplicity of the apartment. It’s very roomy and so clean which is very important to us. Convenient to everywhere. But what I like so much was the reasonable price for the cute apartment. I have done my research but this was the best place to stay compared to other brb, hotels, rentals, etc in Portland. I’m glad I chose this place!
We didn't realize that this was a basement apartment but it turned out to be quite a pleasant place - clean, adequately furnished and equipped, with sufficient lighting. Save for the absence of a washer/dryer and a larger sink in the bathroom, this place would have been close to perfect. The neighbourhood is pleasant, safe and a 10 minute walk from a main street with a wide choice of eating places. Would stay here again.
This property was such a great place to stay in Portland! Great location in a safe neighborhood. It’s nestled in such a sweet residential neighborhood, but also very close to so many great restaurants and bars too. It’s easy to get around with rental e-bikes and scooters accessible nearby. We attended an event across the river at the old Zidell Ship Yards and this was an easy drive to and from that as well. The private apartment is super easy to access with plenty of street parking nearby. Inside it was even bigger than the pictures show! Great space, quiet, and Nancy has stocked it with all sorts of creature comforts that helped make the stay wonderful. For example, she had a small ice chest we could borrow when we went out, and fully stocked plates, cutlery, and cups/glasses. Nancy was also very prompt to respond to any requests before and during our stay. She was a great host! All of these amenities for such a great price! I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to spend time in Portland.
We were looking for a comfortable, low key place to stay in SE Portland while in town for a few days visiting colleges. The bed was great and everything else just perfect for our needs.
