Hideaway Haven @ Lake Granbury

Outstanding house. My big Italian family always migrates to the kitchen…..plenty of room! Beds were excellent for everyone! Kerrig coffee hit the spot! Thank you!

Dishwasher stopped working after 1 use and we had to do dishes by hand the remaining 3 days of the trip over Thanksgiving weekend. That was a lot! And the oven/stove went out the first night. Owner responded immediately and got it working again, but it ran very hot and we almost burned our turkey, it was very dry. Other meals we made in the oven were also overcooked so I don't think it worked well. Property was beautiful and comfortable. Bedrooms were a good size. Place was a bit small and crowded for having 4 bedrooms. Communication was very good from owners. I wouldn't rent it again because of the dishwasher and oven. When we told the owner about these complications we got no response.

A really excellent vacation rental for the family. The house was perfectly sized and priced.

This place was perfect for our 50th birthday wine walk girls weekend! The house was perfect for our group of 7, and there was enough hot water for each of us women to get ready in the morning. It’s very close to the Granbury square and easy to get to. The house was better stocked and the managers more accommodating than any I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!

Kevin is a great host: always quick to respond and helpful. The house had plenty of room and the HVAC worked well. The house is well stocked and the Internet service was strong.

This was a great place to have my Aunts stay. My parents live close by.

The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative was that we thought we might sit outside, but it wasn't very pleasant. But the house was very cool and comfortable for visiting indoors.

Had a girls trip with 7 of us girls, adults and 1 child and this place was perfect! Very comfy and clean, we each had our own beds and plenty of space to watch movies. Great big kitchen table for game night! We really enjoyed the deer visiting in the morning and evenings. Super cute house and great quiet neighborhood. Perfect place for a girls weekend away! The owner was very accommodating and we truly enjoyed our weekend shopping trip. Will definitely book again!

Everything about our stay was great! There was great communication with the owner. They were so accommodating and helpful with suggestions for dining in the area. The house was exactly what we needed for our trip! I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Granbury area.

Great home. Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and roomy. Would stay there again. Great location away from the hustle/bustle but just a 5-10 minute drive to everything.

The property was wonderful!!! Very clean and comfortable. A couple of our adult kids joined us for lunch one day. There was plenty of room to eat at the large table. The neighborhood was very quiet!!! We will stay here again. Everything was perfect!!!! The manager was so good to answer all of our questions!! Thanks so much!!!!!

We came to celebrate the life of dad that recently passed. We were trying to quickly reserve a place while we were down from Oklahoma. The deciding factor for me is that i saw a fire pit in the picture. I was rushing and didn't read the amenities, there was no fire pit. We were looking forward to gathering around the fire pit. We did find a corn hole game in the closet. The best beds were the 2 queen beds in the same room, the rest were a little too firm for us. Over all, the place is in a quiet neighborhood, we didn't have any issues with anything really. The house fit what we needed for our family and made it so much easier than being in a hotel. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The crape myrtle trees are gorgeous. We even enjoyed sitting on the front porch drinking coffee, admiring the giant tree in front. My husband's favorite was the old Montgomery ward bookthat he found there and had everyone look at it with him.

House doesn’t have much curb appeal however when you open the front door, you see a nice, clean place.

This house was in a great neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. The back yard was beautiful and huge! The interior was clean and had plenty of room for our group of 8. My son said we should rates this 5 stars because “they had good toilet paper “ (it’s the little things) lol would definitely recommend!

The house was perfect for the girl trip in Granbury. On our next trip in this area, we will definitely keep this home in mind.

Very nice place. Comfortable living room and beds. Nice patio with plenty of chairs. The host even provided snacks and water bottles. If we need a home in this area again, we certainly will try to get this place.

Two couples and one teen for three nights. Wonderful quiet location, and close access to the lake.

The property was pretty much as described, and the owners were great to work with. Beds were pretty comfortable. One bedroom is off the kitchen, with a door to the driveway, not near the bathroom or other bedrooms. The location was in a quiet neighborhood. We were happy to see a family of deer in the neighborhood!

House was just as described. Comfortable. Would def stay here again.

We were a family group of 6 adults in town for a baby shower. The property had enough space for all of us with room to spare. While the property is dated, it was clean and the living room seating was great! Our only complaint would be the height of the shower heads. That was a challenge for us, but not a reason to skip this property as a good option! Communication with the host was great!
