Loved sailing in the canals in this area, great location for boating. House was roomy, pool is smaller than it appears in the pics.

It truly felt like our home away from home (except with better weather and a pool)!! Made it easy, from our very late check-in, to quick answers to text during the stay.

WE HAVE RENTED MANY HOMES THROUGH VRBO ---BOTH IN AND OUT OF THE COUNTRY. SOME THINGS WERE NOT PRESENT IN THIS HOME THAT MADE OUR FIRST DAY A LITTLE LESS RELAXING. WE ALWAYS BUY OUR FOOD FOR THE WEEK. THIS HOME HAD NO: NAPKINS SUGAR TEABAGS / COFFEE HAND SOAP THE SUPPLIES FOR CLEANING WERE EXTREMELY LIMITED. WHEN YOU RENT FOR ONE WEEK IT IS NOT FINANCIALLY SENSIBLE OR EVEN CONVENIENT TO HAVE TO GO OUT AND BUY DETERGENT, DISWASHER DETERGENT, SOME BASIC SPICES, COFFEE, TEA, HAND SOAP, SUGAR. PAPER NAPKINS. THESE ARE VERY BASIC ITEMS THAT CAN MAKE OR BREAK FIRST IMPRESSIONS UPON ARRIVAL. IN OTHER HOMES WHEN THESE ITEMS WERE LEFT, WE DID NOT MIND REPLACING THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING RENTERS AS WE USED THEM. IN THIS HOUSE EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED OUT WHEN WE ARRIVED MAKING OUR FIRST DAY VERY DIFFICULT AND DEFINITELY MORE TIRING SINCE THEY HAD TO BE PURCHASED IMMEDIATELY. EVEN THE CLOTHES DETERGENT WAS NOT LEFT (JUST ONE SMALL PACKET)---AND WE HAD TO GO OUT AGAIN A FEW DAYS LATER TO GET DETERGENT. BUYING ALL OF THESE ITEMS FOR ONLY A WEEK'S VISIT IS NOT PRACTICAL. LEAVING SOME PODS FOR BOTH THE WASHING MACHINE AND THE DISHWASHER WOULD HAVE BEEN A WELCOME PRACTICE. EVERYTHING THAT WE BOUGHT WE GAVE TO RELATIVES WHO LIVE NEARBY. WE USUALLY LEAVE WHAT WE BUY FOR THE RENTERS WHO COME AFTER US. WE THINK THAT YOU WOULD HAVE MADE OUT BETTER HAD YOU LEFT SOME MORE NECESSITIES. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND BUT NOT INTRUSIVE!!!!!!

Without question i will use Vesteva in the future and i have already recommended it to other friends. Thank you all for making our Golf Holiday a Vacation to Remember. From the first email i sent the responses were very timely and the whole booking experience was simple.

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at this property! The home sits on a quiet street with nice neighbors. Everything was super clean and stocked when we checked in. I love the lay out of the bedrooms and the a/c works great. Many memories were made in the pool and fishing off the dock. We even saw a small shark! A previous review mentioned that there were not pots and pans. I wanted to comment that were many different kinds of pots and pans. Overall fantastic experience. The only negative is in contacting the rental company in the event of any issue. Very hard time getting a response from them.

We took the opportunity to get away for a 2 week stay. The pool was a welcome distraction and the ability to rent a boat and keep it in the back yard was a huge plus! Spent the time swimming, and exploring the waters around Sanibel, Captiva and Cayo Costa by boat. Even swam with Manitees! The house was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was there were no pots to cook in or large frying pans. Actually went out and bought one for ourselves.

There were excellent and quick to response for any question we needed.

1, Pool light burnt out. 2, guest bathe toilet runs periodically, two years. 3, back pool lanai floor needs to be scrubbed/wash down dirty. 3, Master Bedroom, the blinds are broken, i tried using duct tape to keep them from falling off., 4, The pool cover is rotted out, can hardly move it with out tearing and the pieces are falling in the pool. 5, The garden hose MUST be replaced; i was turning handle and there is a cheesy repair with a hose clamp, it sliced my thumb open, no stitches needed, and there is a hole in the hose, it is shot throw it out. 6, Back screen door on the Lanai the closer is broke and the door slams and the latch is falling off. 7, I also noticed a electrical conduit on dock has fallen off dock and laying in the water. 8, hot water handle in guest bath keeps falling off, needs tighting..
