Inside, guests will find a thoughtfully arranged split-level floor plan with comfortable bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and welcoming gathering areas. The kitchen and dining spaces make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together, while the main living area provides plenty of room for relaxing after a day at the beach or by the pool. Level 1:
Private sitting room with games; access to the private pool; enclosed outdoor shower and toilet.

Level 2:
1 Bedroom (Queen with deck access and semi-private full bath); separate office with desk space and Twin bed; laundry room with sink

Level 3:
Main entry to the home; comfortable and open great room with cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace and access to the sun decks; dining area with seating for 10; kitchen with gas cooktop and double wall oven; wet bar; half bath.

Level 4:
2 Bedrooms (1 with Queen with streaming television and access to the sun deck with full bath with tub and shower; 1 with Queen and daybed, plus office area with access to a full bath with walk-in shower).

DOGS ON THE BEACH: From May 15 to September 15 of each year, dogs are allowed on town beaches before 9 AM and after 6 PM with a leash not to exceed ten (10) feet in length and must carry a scooping device. Leash laws enforced remainder of year.
