With additional TLC this could become a stellar property. For now, there is no dishwasher, no electric outlet in the bathroom, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and no hand towels for the bathroom, just paper towels. Blinds in the shower could easily be replaced by an opaque film that provides both privacy and light. Living areas could use additional comfortable seating and pictures on the walls. There is some peeling paint in the door entrance. The mattresses are quite firm. The yard is full of leaves, but they cover up where the yard is missing grass. The stove does not have labels to know which knob controls which burner and what the high/med/low temperatures are. A kitchen trash can with a foot pedal to open the lid would be a big plus in keeping hands away from germs. All of this is manageable, but incorporating some of the upgrades I suggested would really bring people back again and again. Blackout curtains worked well. Internet service was good. Relatively quiet during my stay.

Amazing little duplex that serves it's purpose in a very central location. My partner and I stayed and loved every minute of our little vacation! The owners responded quickly and were extremely kind. The stay comes with all amenities you'll need. I would definitely stay again if we ever need to come back to the area!

There’s a 45 cleaning fee but whoever is supposed to be doing it is getting over paid. Someone’s dirty socks and food wrapper were in the living room. The towels were put away wet.

I enjoyed the stay love the property love everything only issue was could not figure out how to get the heat to work and it was freezing in there. Other than that it’s nice inconvenient. I will use again when I visit the area.

Not to far from our activities we stayed the weekend for family weekend for our USC daughter. Perfect little quiet cozy spot. Just need to leave batteries for the remotes to the fans and remote to tv. Other than that it was a great stay and roomy enough for our little family. Loved it had extra things for bathroom and kitchen to use. Check in and out was easy. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

We were in Columbia for family reunion and house hunting weekend. The location was perfect for getting to all the activities and the realtor. Accommodations were clean, the keurig didn’t work.

Stay was quiet there was a domestic dispute next door and it was really noisy hard to get sleep.

This was perfect for our family of 4. Location was right in the middle of town so everything is at your finger tips.

No issues and was nice stay.
