Welcome to our wonderful Hidden Oasis which was freshly renovated plus all new furnishings & accessories inside and out. This home has great curb appeal and is located on a 1/3 acre lot with 3 distinctive outside areas in a quiet Cul-Du-Sac backing on to the Thunderbird Mountain Preserve in Arrowhead Ranch. The east patio greets the morning sun and has a table with six cushioned chairs, a landscaped grassy area and mountain views. The north patio is covered and has two chairs and a couch with views of the mountain trail and stairways leading up the private gated entrance to the trail. The sunny west facing backyard has a saltwater pool and spa, built in gas grill and an outdoor gas fire pit with bench seating. No matter what time of the day, sun seekers will be able to find a place to relax and soak in the sun.
Entering into the naturally light and bright home, you are welcomed by the warm decor, high ceilings and tile floors. Straight ahead from the front door is the living room with gas fireplace, flat screen TV, leather sofa, love seat, club chair & ottoman. The living room has a sliding glass door with access to the back patio.
The kitchen has recessed lighting, and a skylight, solid granite counters, undermount sink with Kinetico reverse osmosis filtered water tap, breakfast bar with four stools, stainless steel appliances, gas top stove, built in microwave, French door refrigerator with freezer drawer and water & ice dispenser. The dining area has gorgeous solid wood table with six chairs and is semi encircled by three large windows with mountain views.
The master suite has carpet flooring, a king bed with wood frame and headboard, two matching nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan and a dresser with a 50-inch flat screen TV. With three windows and a sliding glass door to the patio, this room receives plenty of natural lighting with the blinds open. If you like to sleep in, you'll be happy to know the window coverings do a good job of blocking out the sun when they are closed. The master bathroom has a walk in closet with built in shelves, double sinks, a walk in tile shower with two shower heads, and a large soaking tub with tile surrounds.
The second bedroom has carpeted floors, wood shutters, ceiling fan, queen bed with two bedside tables with lamps, matching dresser and a 40-inch flat screen TV.
The third bedroom has carpeted floors, a queen bed, ceiling fan, wood shutters and a 40-inch flat screen TV.
The guest bathroom has a sink and a walk in tile shower with two shower heads.
The outside areas of this home are amazing and really add to the overall charm of this home. With the east patio you get morning sun, green grass, desert landscaping and mountain views, making it the perfect place for breakfast or brunch.
If you're looking for a cool shaded area on a hot day, step out to the shaded, covered north facing patio and relax on one of the cushioned chairs or couch while you watch the trail hikers off in the distance getting their hike on.
Feel like taking a dip, head on through the fenced enclosure to the west yard and enjoy a dip in the salt water pool or take a soak in the salt water hot tub. The salt water system makes for a softer swimming experience without all the harsh chemicals of a normal chlorinated pool. This little mini oasis, has views of the mountain, a built in gas grill, and a gas fire pit with a built in bench. The pool equipment is all operated via an iPod touch located inside the home. You can easily turn on pool lights or select to heat the pool or spa, all at the touch of a button. There are four chaise lounge chairs, two of the chaise lounge chairs have a large umbrella over them for extra shade. There is a table with four cushioned chairs with an umbrella, and a slot for a third umbrella on the first step of the pool.

~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.
~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

This property was even better in person than the pics portrayed. Most comfortable beds and pillows I've ever slept on. Property is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Only drawback is no pets allowed... and every 2nd year we take our dog to PHX :( So we will have to stay at a pet friendly property next year.
Beautiful house with terrible management. From the moment I checked in the house it’s obvious they were not prepared. The wrong door code to get in set the alarm off at 1130 pm waking the neighbors. Pool heat didn’t work correctly for most of our stay. After calling and speaking to the manager several times, no action was taken until approximately our last 5 days of our stay. Also reported an animal in the attic 3 days in a row with no one coming out to check it out. Then the last 2 days the manager wouldn’t return calls. Casago management offered approximately $450 refund from our several thousand dollar trip. What a joke. I’ve never had any issues with any vrbo rentals but this time I learned a valuable lesson. How will you handle this casago or vrbo?

Property had everything you could ever want/need. Location to Thunderbird trails unbelievable. Pool and seating areas plentiful. Kitchen stocked like someone lived there year round. Loved everything about our stay and would book again on our next stay in Arizona.
Management property was easy to reach, house was perfect size and well laid out, pool, bbq and other outdoor spaces were perfect for our family! Instacart delivered groceries, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, great walking trails right behind the house... I would 100% stay again! Fantastic

This is a beautiful home with great furnishings, and is very accessible.
From the entry instructions to the operation of many features, very little information was given, there was no binder at the house as I usually expect with VRBO properties and emails with questions were not returned. Many things also did not work like the indoor fireplace. Very frustrating but the location was great.
The house was beautiful and the location was great, however the pool and hot tub were murky/nasty during our entire stay, though we were told that the pool would clear up. We were never informed how to use the gas grill, fire pit, hot tub or outdoor lights until the 3rd day of our stay. Once informed that a remote was required to use many of these features we attempted to use the remote, it did not work. When the pool maintenance man checked it, he said the remote probably needed to be replaced, it never was. After the 3rd frustrating day of phone calls and text messages Management offered a refund. We're grateful for the refund but it was very stressful dealing with these issues.
Easy location to access all areas of Phoenix. Lovely and clean interior space. It was almost too hot to enjoy the pool during middle of day. But nice to cool off.
