Three distinctive outdoor areas make it easy to find the perfect spot throughout the day. The east patio welcomes the morning sun and features a table with six cushioned chairs, a landscaped grassy area, and mountain views. The covered north patio offers comfortable seating and views toward the mountain trail, with stairs leading to a private gated trail entrance. In the sunny west-facing backyard, you'll find the saltwater pool and spa, built-in gas grill, gas fire pit with bench seating, and multiple areas for lounging and dining.

Inside, the naturally light and bright home features warm décor, high ceilings, and tile flooring. The living room includes a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, leather sofa, love seat, club chair with ottoman, and sliding glass doors providing easy access to the back patio.

The spacious kitchen features recessed lighting and a skylight, solid granite countertops, an undermount sink with Kinetico reverse-osmosis filtered water tap, and a breakfast bar with four stools. Stainless steel appliances include a gas cooktop, built-in microwave, and French-door refrigerator with freezer drawer and water and ice dispenser. The adjoining dining area features a gorgeous solid wood table with seating for six, surrounded by three large windows showcasing mountain views.

The primary suite features a king bed with wood frame and headboard, matching nightstands and lamps, ceiling fan, dresser, and 50-inch flat-screen TV. Three windows and a sliding glass door provide plenty of natural light, while the window coverings help block the morning sun when it's time to sleep in. The primary bathroom includes a walk-in closet with built-in shelving, double sinks, a walk-in tile shower with two shower heads, and a large soaking tub with tile surrounds.

The second bedroom features a king bed, wood shutters, ceiling fan, matching bedside tables and lamps, dresser, and 40-inch flat-screen TV.

* Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out cannot be accommodated.
* No pets, large gatherings, or smoking/vaping anywhere on the premises.
* The home is electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
* Parking is limited to the garage and designated visitor parking.
* Stays of 21 days or more require a $500 utility deposit. A $200 utility allowance per 30 days applies; overages are the guest's responsibility.
* All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock.
* Pool heat is $90/day plus tax and requires three days to reach 82 degrees during winter.
* Reservations are subject to guest screening, ID verification, screening fee, and completion of the Casago rental agreement.
