Welcome to this spacious and luxuriously remodeled home with 3 bedrooms, each with their own exterior access to either deck or to the private and enclosed yard. Equipped with two Queen beds, 1 full sized bed, and 2 bathroom and even a large comfy couch or blow up full size air mattress when you really just need space for one more. An open concept home where everything surrounds the beautifully designed kitchen and living room as each item was thoughtfully sourced to provide you with the chic and ideal San Diego style. Feel free to indulge in our top notch amenities including an AC/ heater unit for each bedroom to ensure you stay comfortable to matter the time of year, and even our new in-unit washer/dryer for convenience.

This is a split level home with a private entrance and yard. There is a separate in-law unit below this unit that is also a vacation rental. (They have their own designated parking, entrance and yard.)

CAMERA DISCLOSURE
There is a camera overlooking the front door and driveway (ring spotlight) that automatically records audio and video of the front door exterior of the property. The camera is activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of it. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time.

    We went to visit my Daughter at the University Of San Diego. It is literally right across the street. Very cute yard, updated kitchen. It was plenty of space for us and great area to hang out and in the backyard. The property manager was very responsive to our needs and quick to reply. I would rent it again.

    We enjoyed visiting San Diego and this place was the icing on the cake! The owners were very accomodating and the place was spotless! Beds were comfy and the house was cozy. Very well decorated and it had everything we needed.

    After we sorted out the entry piece to the rental, hands down, this Chic Oasis with its prime location, amenities, calm, safety and beauty did not disappoint. Vincent and Nikki's place is one FABULOUS house! It is one that will definitely bring my family joy and smiles for many years to come. It is a rare gem with special touches of hospitality that made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. Our host, Vincent, checked in on us the day following check in to ensure we settled in well and that we were comfortable. The unit was super clean and orderly. It was generously stocked with bathroom essentials, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and night lights. We especially appreciated the Ring camera situated by the entry, as it allowed us to sleep peacefully into the night. The location was a hit for its proximity to eateries, coffee shops and nearby destinations such as the Seaport Village, Little Italy, Gaslamp Quarter, Old Town San Diego, beaches, suspension bridge, San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, airport, hospitals, Target and Costco! The private driveway was a plus but the entrance to the parking spot can be steep for some vehicles like our van, which did not make the clearance, so we ended up parking on the street for the duration of our stay. Luckily, we found parking in front of the house at all times, except on our last night, where we walked a short block. Overall, we had an awesome experience and would absolutely stay here again!

    Everything about this home is wonderful. Central location that is close to major attractions. Incredible outdoor space. Well furnished and the house has all the amenities our family needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts are friendly, helpful and responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay here again!
