Stayed Aug 22, 2024Wonderful beach get-away! The owner was very responsive to all our questions. The home was beautifully renovated and had a well appointed kitchen which was stocked with the essentials needed to be able to prepare meals at home. Loved the community. The pool, tennnis/pickeball courts, and ability to kayak along the canal and out to Salt Pond was such a bonus. We brought our bicycles and were able to secure them to a bike rack close to the unit. We very much enjoyed the week and look forward to next summer!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024This home is a hidden gem! We have been vacationing in Bethany Beach for almost 20 years and it’s been difficult finding a well maintained home without a price gauge. This year we hit the jackpot. Russell was so thoughtful and thorough before, during and after our trip. The home is very clean, well equipped and easy to navigate. The neighborhood is charming and a short walk to restaurants, the beach and downtown. I’m afraid once word gets out about this property it will be hard to come by next year! Kudos to Russell for his spot on hospitality! The Fairbairn family will definitely be back!
