Hidden gem is a perfect description. So many nooks and spaces to enjoy. I am so impressed how this space has so much to enjoy. Definitely recommend.

The property has aromantic atmosphere throughout. It has decorations and spaces for memorable photos inside and outside. The master suite was gorgeous, spacious and tasteful. We enjoyed the spa and beds were comfortable.

Stayed with friends for my birthday and had a great time!! Gia and Marlene responded with such quickness and made sure we had everything we needed!

This place was super super awesome! I didn't realize that there were only 3 bedrooms, but there was definitely space for a lot of people to sleep *if you're okay with sharing beds*. 3 bedrooms, two full sized beds in the basement with pull out beds beneath. I feel like there may have even been two other pull out couches? But our group didn't need them so we didn't bother looking for them. For a close group of friends/family, totally perfect! The vibes were immaculate. We had everything we needed. Would definitely return!

We had an amazing time for my birthday getaway. The only downside was that the power went out for quite a while due to the high winds but they delivered some flashlights for us in no time! This home is so beautiful- words can not describe. I definitely want to stay here again.

TL:DR VERSION: This is a great space and a welcoming host. Well-furnished and has lots of nooks and enhancements that make it a nice place to stay. After our departure there were substantially charged communications that occurred with the owner after that were only partially grounded; the owner’s communication included some unnecessarily inflammatory accusations/implications invoking DCFS and some bothersome invocation of children being observed outside on security cameras. Some important house safety issues existed that are easily resolvable and I would have let go barring the communication issues but these do merit additional consideration when selecting a space. Overall a regrettable situation for all parties.

Fantastic find!

A unique home in a quiet neighborhood with excellent amenities and eclectic decor. There are multiple areas for outdoor entertainment, and a marvelous hot tub. Enchanting lighting adorned the trees and plants. The largest indoor gathering area is the dining room with cozy seating for 6 at the table or in the lower level (basement) game room. There is only seating for 3 in the living room around the fireplace and TV armoire.Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed, as was the kitchen. Spices, coffees, and all cleaning and paper products were abundantly provided. Workspace for meal prep is a tad limited by the decor, which is also abundant. Parking is off street and can be gated. This property is a great value for the price! Would stay there again for sure!

This place was amazing. Definitely the most interesting place I have ever stayed! The decor was eclectic and fun, the beds were super comfortable, very clean and inviting! We arrived and they had the fireplace going for us! Such a nice touch. Sadly, I was there for my father’s funeral but this vrbo was so welcoming, we all felt at peace. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Sedona house in Rockford! The home was beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. Everything we needed was provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy linens, and the thoughtful touches made it feel extra special. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the location was convenient for getting around town. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, which made the whole process stress-free.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future! It's truly a relaxing place.

We had a fantastic stay! Eight of us stayed at the house for the weekend and we had additional guests over one day to celebrate grandmas 88th birthday! The kids loved the arcade games and popcorn machine and the adults made use of the numerous patio spaces outdoors.

The house was beautiful and clean. Backyard was fantastic! The host was very responsive to any messages.

Very clean property, loved the hot tub which is also very clean! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beds are comfortable. We had a great time!

This was a perfect stay for our multi family stay. There are so many areas throughout the house that make this place unique. There’s also many different nooks that, if you just want your own peace and quiet, “away from family and friends”, you can escape too, The lower level bedroom has its own private full-size bathroom. Only thing I have already recommended is to have a small area in the lower level bedroom to hang your clothes in…otherwise the place was perfect! Will definitely be staying here again!

A hidden magical place for beautiful photo opportunities & memories!

We stayed here for a week leading up to our wedding, with the wedding taking place here as well. The wedding party was able to stay with us the whole week and we had a wonderful time. In fact, we’re already planning on coming back next year to celebrate our anniversary!The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We had a minor maintenance issue on the first day of our stay, and someone was sent over quickly to fix the issue, which took less than half an hour. We definitely recommend this place!

Decided to do my 22nd birthday party at this unique place! Everything you see in the pictures is exactly the same in person but the in person are more amazing. Me, my family, and friends got to explore everything it has and we thought it was very cool! We all had so much fun being there and it was definitely worth it! It felt like we were all in a different country because of the setting of the place which is we love so much!

Excellent night with friends we had not seen in several years. Lots of cozy spots for private conversations and spots big enough to accommodate everyone. Glad we stayed here.

The stay was great Didn't like the fact the cleaning people lied and said they seen more people than I had and I got charged a extra fee bt the house was as pictured the host had great communication

My mom and I spent Mother’s Day here and had a wonderful time! This property is super unique and literally feels like another world! Super clean and everything you could need to feel right at home! We had a small friends get-together for a birthday party and really enjoyed the property. The outdoor spaces are excellent and fit a group of 6-8 well. The arcade was a fun touch!

Everything about Sedona House is exactly as promised and more. The minute you walk in you feel at home. And anything you think that you need has already been provided for you (seriously, I forgot hair spray and as I looked on the bathroom mirror, a can of hairspray was in the reflection behind me!). We couldn’t get over how absolutely perfect the house was for us!

My husband and I absolutely loved the house! The house and grounds were so unique and beautiful! We loved the big master suite, the hot tub, the cantina, and the game room the best! We had everything we could need and were very comfortable. We wished we had been able to stay longer. :)

The description was very accurate. The house was very eclectic. I do wish there was more place to store food we had purchased. They were great with communication.

We six had plenty of room and a comfortable stay. The decor was amazing, a very fun surprise. Sadly, the weather was too cold to spend time in the gorgeous grounds. The location was good and we were able to explore Rockford.

We really weren’t able to stay as long as we wanted to, but Marlene’s place is just fantastic! My 220 something year old kids stayed with me and there’s a hot tub, a bunch of arcade games and so much wonderful outdoor space!

We needed a meeting point as we were attending a wedding at the nearby Anderson Japanese Gardens. This awesome listing fit the bill perfectly, and allow us to have a private place to retreat to before and after the event. Marlene was the most communicative host I’ve ever had and the property is in fantastic shape.

I had me and a few of my friends stay here for my 21st birthday and it was absolutely amazing!! The place was super clean l, spacious, and had plenty of games and toiletries for our use. In a great location near stores and things to do in the area. Also had some nice cats that hung outside with us :)

This place was clean, had comfortable beds and pillows and had a stocked kitchen. Home away from home. The owner was easily accessible by phone and answered questions promptly.

Your place was absolutely amazing. The efforts put in to decorate did not go unnoticed. I absolutely love the chessboard. The little nook in the kitchen was a cute touch. We needed a place that offered good location for activities, safety, entertainment, and we wanted a clean environment. We found this hidden gem that offered everything we needed and even more. The hosts communication was quick and responsive. The simplicity of staying here made us feel at home. When staying at any place you worry about everything prior to getting there. The what ifs and the unexpected surprises. We had zero concerns, worries and we were able to enjoy our time with our son. Pet friendly for our fur pup. We highly recommend this gem to anyone that loves tranquility and comfort. We felt like royalty.
