Large house with plenty of sleeping space. Clean and all appliances functional. Lots of activities provided.

This was a wonderful property for a large gathering. It is secluded and rustic. Good Wi-Fi connection and most everything you would need. We played badminton, large connect four, pool, basketball and enjoyed the backyard fire pit. We did some boating on the lake and some whitewater rafting. Beds were comfortable. Note that most beds are twin size. There’s a grocery store in town which was convenient. Plenty of room in the house to find alone time.

Close to all attractions. We loved Rogers Park, Rogers Rock Park & camp ground with boat launch and larger beach there. Sagamore was great with pavilion restaurant an A for food and service! Bolton landing had some great shops and restaurants too. Some of the group went to Fort Ticonderoga and a museum. We would have done the castle tour and garden tour but ran out of days! Only wished we booked a log er trip! Great fire pit and gorgeous views of lake off front deck. Very comfortable nice house for a crowd! Made a nice family dinner in the well equipped kitchen

Amazing space. Clean and well equipped for our group of friends on the holiday weekend. Close to the lake and with a wonderful view from the backyard and porch. A wonderful place to stay and would highly recommend if you’re ever planning to stay in Bolton Landing or visit Lake George.

This property is great for a group outing. Spacious house with plenty of room for our group. The property is fairly secluded with a private driveway but Bolton landing is just a 5 minute drive down the hill. Large deck perfect for group dinner and a beautiful view of lake George.

This property is fantastic for a large family or group of friends. Multiple bedrooms with twin beds and extra sleeping space in the downstairs living room. The outdoor area has a fire pit with 12 chairs around it as well as a big leveled yard for outdoor games. Great view of the lake from the backyard and deck! If it's raining there is a pool table, foosball and ping pong table in the game room. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. And there is a large driveway if multiple parking spots are needed. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Joyce was great to deal with. Very few issues arose but she was super responsive and accommodating whenever needed!

Had a wonderful time with friends. Location was spacious and quite. Great views of the lake. House had everything we needed. Hope to stay here again in the future

This is the second time renting this place. It has everything you need and then some. Beautiful property and private. The host Joyce is great. Very well kept. Highly recommend this lovely place.

Amazing family weekend in the most Perfect house. Large functional kitchen, big dining room tables so we could all share meals, well equipped games/toys for toddler, plenty of playpens/high chairs for baby. Wonderful location and easy ride to Bolton landing. Clean and welcoming. Most stunning views of thick plush forest and lake. Most definitely saving this home for future trips!!

The property provided multiple spaces for gathering our large extended three(3) family, four(4) generation clan (deck for meals, campfire circle, game rooms). Joyce was an amazing and responsive host. We even credit her for the spectacular weather we experienced during our stay. Wonderful experience and many memorable moments were made. Thanks

Beautiful and spacious, clean and very accommodating. Twin beds were a bit narrow and a little uncomfortable, but definitely a great place to stay!!

Very large home, accommodating. Some of the mattresses need replacement. Only one TV working in family room. Living room TV not working. Beautiful view from home. Could have supplied some towels. One of my family ran into draining ditch at bottom of road, damaging car. Cones not visible going down road from house, only going up road, should be some kind of guard rail or some thing better on right side of ditch. Could at least add a hot tub outside. With having to strip beds, clean, move garbage to garage , a check out time of 10am was not enough time, unreasonable, 12 noon at least for check out time.
