Hickory Dickory Dock - Nashville Lakefront Family Retreat

What a wonderful home! We loved the views, the amenities, the location, and the excellent communication with the owner.

Their were 6 adults and 4 children in our group. Yes, everyone enjoyed the accommodations. The home was beautifully decorated and equiped with everything needed for a comfortable and entertaining stay.The many extra features the home provided were beyond our expectations. Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Game Table, kyaks and other lake toys, fire pits, large gas grill,TV's in every room, comfortable beds, adequate AC for a very comfortable stay during 90 drgree days, all the cooking supplies of a well thought out kitchen, two refrigerators and freezers, keureg coffee machine, easy walk to the lake in the back yard, plenty of car parking space, convenient to grocery stores and restaurants, close to Nashville entertainment and activities, 15 minutes from a marina for easy boat rental. We had a fantastic time due to all the amenities provided at Hickory Dickory Dock.

Perfect for a buddies trip… lots of cool amenities and just the right amount of beds…. Really enjoyed our stay!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and spaciousness of the home to suit the needs of our extended family. The lake setting was spectacular with plenty of equipment for our entire family to enjoy the water, from fishing poles to kayaks, and even a canoe. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table, pool table and games provided.The well-appointed kitchen (including a few cooking staples), the plentiful pans/cutlery, and the ample patio furniture and indoor seating options, made meal times easy and enjoyable.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hickory Dickory Dock and highly recommend it to all. Perfect location and accommodation for the State Fishing Tournament held at Sanders Ferry Park 2025.

Had a great stay. Property is clean and updated, had everything we wanted and more. About 30 - 40 minutes from Nashville, which was convenient. Very quiet neighborhood.

My husband and I and another couple came to Nashville but wanted to stay away from the city. We were so pleased with the home. It had more than we utilized. We did fish from the dock with fishing poles provided. It was a perfect choice ..fous.us.us.Quieneighborhood.

House lived up to all expectations!Neighborhood was wonderful. Host was very gracious in giving us a late checkout due to flight delay. Kitchen was Will stocked with everything needed for cooking. Thank you so very much!!

Lots of space. Well stocked, only thing missing was wine glasses so we bought a pack and left them for the next guests! Many activities to keep you occupied. Would love to come back and visit during warmer months. Deer everywhere! Easy drive into Nashville.

This house is perfectly set up for a rental. The furniture, beds, and kitchen supplies and all great. Very clean. Beautiful deck and lake view.

There are so many little touches that really made our stay special! Excellent house/property. Beautiful kitchen and lots of room! It's an older house with renovations, decorated nicely and very clean inside. Easy touch blinds, blankets everywhere, tons of room, game room was a HIT, kitchen stocked (even plastic containers for left overs), extra trash bags & toilet paper provided, 4 laundry pods and dryer sheets provided, tons of outside toys in garage! We liked the padded game table in living room for games. There was body wash in each shower. The bed swing on lower level is cool. I spent each morning on the outside dock swing...and a deer walked right passed me one morning! Lots of deer everywhere! Close to Kroger and anything you need. My only complaint was the spider webs on everything outside. I suggested they take care of that before each guest comes. I recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful home & area. It was stocked with everything anyone would need for a relaxing getaway. The only issues we found were some of the rugs presented a hazard for slipping &/or tripping. We rolled one up under the bed because the door wouldn’t shut. The outside facing the lake could’ve used a good cleaning. These are only suggestions, we throughly enjoyed our time there & will recommend it to anyone going to Nashville.

Great stay, was able to do all the activities we wanted. Spider city outside. Probably due to being on the lake but outdoors it was an issue. Otherwise great stay.

Great house for a large group. Tons to do and plenty of space. Really had a great time. The paddle boards and kayaks were great.

Excellent location for boating on Old Hickory. House is well appointed and had plenty of space for our two families to enjoy for a whole week.

The house was very roomy and had everything you could want or need, especially if traveling with children. We had a reunion with friends with children. There was plenty of space for everyone, including a crib for our little ones. The kitchen is well stocked, grill has propane, fire pit has wood to use, even card games and puzzles for entertainment. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked with basics and had a great amount of activities to do for all ages. We enjoyed the lake for fishing and boating while using the boat slip to dock our 2 wave runners. We played pool, ping pong and connect 4 in the evenings. Such a great time, we had no complaints. The only suggestion we have is a ladder off the dock so you can easily enter the lake to swim or float.
