HGTV's Hometown house - Southern Charm 3- only 6 minutes to downtown Laurel!

We really enjoyed our stay and spending a little time in Laurel! It was special to my wife that we were able to stay in one of the houses renovated by Ben and Erin!

Great location in Laurel. We found the “little drop of sunshine” on the VRBO site. The house is so fun to see in person. Don and Beverly were great hosts they gave us information on the area. Beverly recommended some great local restaurants. They were quick to respond to questions and even dropped off cookies! If you are a Home Town fan you will enjoy seeing all the sites and shops in downtown Laurel. Our favorite restaurant in the area was Cafe La Fleur. My husband loved his burger. I loved the beignets. We stopped for ice cream at the Creamery. Loved going to Adam Trest’s gallery and bought one of his print at the Mercantile shop. Really fun place to visit. Extra special to stay at a HomeTome home like “little drop of sunshine”!

Home was very nice. Very cozy and everything you would need. Host was great.

The beds were so comfy. The bathtub was huge and I loved the shower but couldn’t adjust the direction of the shower head because I wasn’t tall enough. The description of the cottage was totally accurate.

Beverly was the perfect hostess and the cottage was exactly what we needed. Her list of things to do and restaurants was invaluable. The Bolton Golf Cart Tour with DJ and lunch at Mimmo’s Restaurant were the best.

Don and Beverly were the most gracious and helpful hosts. From check in, making restaurant and shopping recommendations, they were there for us throughout our stay at Southern Charm 3. We loved our visit to charming Laurel and staying at a Hometown renovation was the icing on a delicious cake!

Southern Charm was an excellent destination. The home is so cute and is well equipped with everything we needed. The hostess was excellent and gave us easy instructions and suggestions for locations to visit.

Host was so very welcoming and checked in to be sure everything was going well. They were very easy to communicate with. The house was absolutely adorable and immaculately clean. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Beds, very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and equipped with Viking appliances. After a day of shopping and dining in Laurel, this home was perfectly comfy to come back to. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone going to Laurel!

Great host, nicely remodeled house!

The hosts were so inviting and paid attention to all the details! The house is beautiful and full of charm and character! Lovely front porch and peaceful back yard. The host was great at communicating with us and had so many wonderful suggestions! This has been our favorite VRBO home in our travels!

There are plenty of cute shops around that are just 5 minutes away and definitely worth your time. If you are coming to Laurel, this house is the PERFECT choice!

Beverly had provided everything we needed to make our time in Laurel memorable. She gave us lots of information about things to do and places to see, and this was topped off with a beautiful home away from home. The property was as picturesque as the listing; clean and fresh, and we especially appreciated the hand written welcome sign. The property had a relaxing deck area out back and we were blessed with being able to sit in the sunshine. Beverly also made us some cookies and we got to meet her and Don before continuing our road trip. Our time in Laurel will be one we talk about for years to come.

Laundry was right there in the house, easy drive to town. I felt completely at home and relaxed here. Hosts were amazing from the time we booked until after check out. They even stopped by with fresh cookies. I highly recommend this property or their other one. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of extra pillows, towels and blankets. I could have easily stayed a week. Probably the best VRBO experience I've ever had.

Love, love, loved our stay! Our host Beverly & Don were amazing! Beverly even made us some delicious homemade cookies and personally delivered them to us! We were allowed to check-in early and had a beautifully appointed kitchen with all nice Viking appliances. Wi-Fi was easily accessible and we were close to everything, as Laurel is a small quaint town. The home was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The king size beds were beautifully decorated and super comfortable. We enjoyed our time in Laurel, MS; especially staying in a Home Town home by Ben & Erin! We also got to tour a lot of the Home Town homes in Laurel and the local shops on our Bolton Golf Cart Tour. Go by the Visitor’s Center and they will give you a wealth of information about the history of Laurel and places to eat and visit during your stay. We will definitely be back soon!

Beverly is the best hostess I’ve ever encountered during my travels, on any app. The home was beautiful and clean. Communication was consistent and considerate. She baked us cookies and asked if we needed anything. The home had coffee/creamer, laundry pods, extra bath items if needed, games, and cute welcome note, the list goes on and on. If we ever get back to Laurel, this is where we would stay. 10/10

This is a beautiful home. Very comfortable easy drive to Laurel. Homeowner stopped by and dropped off cookies.I didn't realize how friendly and kind the people of Mississippi, Laurel were going to be. Property was clean and well stocked with supplies. Beverly and Don were great host. A personalized welcome sign and some home made cookies awaited us for our visit! Quiet area, minutes from Laurel made for a perfect getaway!

This is a great place to stay for a relaxing hometown feel. The house was very clean and relaxing. Relaxing master bathtub. We took advantage of the beautiful back porch and even the front porch. Beverly was a gracious host, and suggested numerous places in Laurel to visit and eat. I would definitely come back to stay again.
