The Magnolia Bay is a quiet neighborhood where you can walk, run or ride a bike. Close to many great restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly activities.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Great located. Furniture and decor a bit dated. The bathrooms were not thoroughly clean and the pool filthy.
