Unique home with thoughtful decoration consistent with the time period of the home. Great location for the wedding we were attending in town. Walkable to downtown.

This home is so beautiful and has such character. My family really enjoyed our visit. The kitchen had everything we needed and we made our breakfast both mornings of our stay. The neighborhood is great, and we even sat on the front proch for a bit on our first evening there. The host went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We all want to go back!

We booked this property for a family vacation doing the Bourbon Trail. We knew it was an old 1900's home which is what drew us toward stating here, it's part of the old town charm. We had 7 of us and it is usually hard to find a place big enough to accomidate everyone comfortably, that was not the case here. On top of it being very nice and well maintained on the inside it is also very spacious. The rooms are huge, which is not always the case with older houses, and beds were comfortable. There was pleanty of room to hang out, play cards, read or whatever else you might want to do without being on top of one another. We also really enjoyed sitting on the front porch which has a swing, lovseat and chairs. Pam, the host, was very accomidating and answered any questions we had promptly and even suprized us with our first bottle of Kentucky Juice The proximity to town is perfect with many stores and restaurants within a comfortable walking distance. Our son even found a walking trail not to far away to check out some nature. If you are staying here for the Bourbon Trail be sure to check ot Jeptha Creek Distillery which is just 10 minutes away. We were really imressed with them and their bourbons.

House was accurately depicted and beautiful. Huge rooms with ornate details. Amenities were plentiful with some personable ones for that extra little attention to detail. Location was great for us. Parking in back for several vehicles. Communication with host simple and pleasurable. We would stay again in a heartbeat!!!

Heritage House lived up to every expectation and beyond for our stay. The house is kept up exceptionally well inside and out. The beautiful antique furniture to the front porch swing everything was perfect. We were just minutes from Louisville and Lexington so we got to enjoy so many different things. Pam was always just a call away for questions and we felt very comfortable staying in her home. Definitely a place we will visit on our next stay!! This is one place you will want to stay if you’re looking to visit that area!!
