Love this home. We have rented this home the last 3 years in a row for our annual trip to Reno. It has everything we need and is perfect for our family. We have more than enough room for 4 people, it’s just like being at home. Everything is always clean and comfortable. We will be back next year!

Great house in quiet and safe neighborhood!

Beautiful home on the outskirts of Reno. Quiet neighborhood, easy to access. The house was clean and cozy. Would stay there again!

The house is in the norther part of Reno near downtown and is close to many activities. We chose this house because of the deck that overlooked the canyon and hills. Unfortunately we did not get to use the deck as it was mostly covered with bird droppings and the patio furniture was piled up behind a picnic table. Inside, the house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV did not have cable or local TV channels, but Amazon Prime was available to use.

This home is immaculately kept; it is warm, inviting, and in a quiet neighborhood. The owners, Megan and Robbie, are very quick to respond to any questions or challenges that our stay produced. When an issue did crop up, Megan worked tirelessly to make sure the issue was resolved and our stay was comfortable. We are humbled by her sweet and caring attention to our needs. We came for an event in Reno, but the house is also nicely situated with easy access for day trips to Carson City (and the Nevada Train Museum), Virginia City, and Lake Tahoe. With the seeming scarcity of dog-friendly pet homes in the area, we would highly recommend staying here to give yourself and your pets a stress-free place to rest and relax. Oh, and don't forget to take advantage of the deck in the evening when the wind kicks up, it takes with it any part of the day's heat.

We had a very comfortable stay at this vacation rental. The place was spotless, with plenty of space to relax and spread out. Everything was just as described, and it had all the essentials we needed for a stress-free trip. It truly felt like a home away from home-would definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful contemporary home having a relaxing vibe inside, plus it accommodated all the basic necessities we needed for our stay, including all the cookware, utensils, etc in the kitchen to cook all our meals. Overall, this home was very comfortable for our family of 6. Megan was an excellent host and responded promptly to any questions we had. I would stay here again.

The house was stocked with anything you could need to feel like your own home. Quiet neighborhood and strong communication with the owners. Great for families.

Property location is fabulous overlooking canyon trails. Great outdoor area, beautiful property, spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend it!

We had a great time staying in the house for the Reno Rodeo. We even had a chance to witness the Sheriff’s pulling a car up a steep hill that had crashed on open range.A will however mention a few things that could use attention. The sliding glass door needs new rollers because it is very difficult to open the door. The toilet in the hall bath needs attention as well. I would buy some new pots and pans since are flaking the coating which is not good. I would also provide some bath soap more than the tiny bars. We went and got our own. The house was terrific but a few things would make it even better. We had a good time.Steve

We stayed here with my Aunt who uses a wheelchair and 4 other adults. The home was great for accessibility- toilets were a bit low so would suggest bringing a riser if you’re visiting with limited mobility. Loved the views and the location. Close to town but in a nice quiet neighborhood that was friendly for walks. Kitchen was nicely stocked.. would book again if we visit Reno again. Host was easy to teach and flexible with our plans.

The owner promptly responded to all our communications.Mike, the maintenance man, was great in helping to set things up.All the consumables like soaps, shampoos and paper goods were provided.Plenty of cooking utensils The beds were greatTwo issues with the deck are lots of pigeon poop and the deck needs painting. We believe the owner has plans to address these issuesThe carpets in the living room look worn

Was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. It could really use a deep cleaning ie.. rugs need to be replaced, I don't think they would even come clean with a shampoo. Dishwasher ra k was broken

We came to Reno for a Nevada basketball game and a college wrestling tournament. Location was perfect, house was as advertised! No issues at all! Would choose this venue again!

We were in Reno for UNR graduation and this location was perfect. The view from the back deck was amazing. The home was pretty clean, although I’d suggest the living room carpet be steam cleaned and we did have to clean the oven as it smoked when we first tried to use it. The kitchen was well stocked. The WiFi was slow if you’re trying to do work from the home. Overall it was a great base for graduation.

We were visiting family that lives in Reno. House was clean and furnishings were in clean condition. Our family lives on the ither side of Reno, but it was less than 20 minutes because the house is 2 minutes from the freeway. Just be aware that the wind is very loud because of the landscape. We thought a train was going by, but nope, just the wind 😂 Wonderful property, will definitely be on our list every year when we go back!

The home was perfect for us! It is easy to get around town from the house. The house was very clean. There is a beautiful and peaceful view from the back porch. Everything you need is provided, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. I highly recommend this home!

This was our second time staying and it is still very nice. Hosts are great! Very responsive. The only problem we really had was with the neighbors parking cars all around the home so we had to block the driveway since we had 3 cars but that is not the hosts fault. The home is quiet, clean, handclapped accessible, and well stocked. We will definitely stay again
