Hens & Chickens Cottage, one of the 5 cottages at Cozy Nook, is a lovely 2 story cottage located in the middle of our property. The 1st floor has a living room, a small sunroom, dining room and kitchen with a large refrigerator. There is one bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Stayed Aug 1, 2021We had a wonderful time staying at Hens and Chickens. The cottage is adorable and met all of our needs. The property was great as well and we had privacy while also feeling the security of having others nearby. It was also great having the convenience of the dumpster, and being very close to downtown, the outlets, the waterpark, etc. Lauren was a fabulous host and was quick to respond to the few questions I had. I'd say the biggest shock for us was the lack of outlets in the bedrooms (I believe there was only one per bedroom), but it's completely expected given the age of the cottage and it was nothing that took away from our trip. Wonderful cottage/property with great hosts!

Stayed Jul 26, 2021The cottage provided everything we were expecting. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned. Although, we did not need to contact the owner; she left very clear options to do so. The instructions were very clear.

Stayed Jul 19, 2021The house was even nicer than the photos indicated and very clean. It's a bit out of town - you will need a car or at least a bike. The quiet hours were followed/enforced. The property was well-maintained. Basics were provided. We had no complaints and would return.
