I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect place for a girls’ trip! The location is great - close to good restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the pool and simply relaxing in the lounge chairs. Walked to Sandy Beach each day (path starts at the backyard fence gate. This is my fourth time to stay here. Already planning a fifth trip!

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Great place for our family vacation. Kids loved the pool, guys love to golf and we all love boating. Heber Springs marina is only 10 minutes away.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025The house was very nice. The pool was amazing. The kids really enjoyed the diving board and slide. It was also nice to be walking distance from the beach and volleyball net. Walmart was right up the street. The kids also enjoyed jumping off cliffs near the Dam Marina.

I’d stay here 1000 times. Loved everything about it! My whole family was really impressed with the condition of the house and how clean it was. It was so close to the beach and the pool was a blast! It’s well worth the money. And they don’t give you a long list of cleanup requirements for when you leave, unlike other places. It’s also very well stocked.
