I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home!! Beautiful pool! Clean and roomy. Beautiful setting. I absolutely loved it. The neighbors were terrible and partied until 6am every morning! It wasn’t the same rental agency and by no means should reflect negatively on VRBO.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025Check-in could've been better. We get there 30 minutes after check-in time only to find out they had made new keys for our cabin but they were left in a truck somewhere. We were told to head to the cabin and they would meet us there with the keys. 3 no answer phone calls and 30 minutes later we get the cleaning service key. We never got our keys. The bunk beds are very difficult to make and the mattresses are horrible.

Our tweens/teens LOVED the pool and the porch was a perfect place to relax after a day of floating. The property manager was responsive and attentive. This is a gem!

It was our first time renting a house in Concan. Our family loved the location, the feel of the home and of course the pool. We would like more lighting in the back area. I think some of the back porch lights may have been out. Other than that, I think a new family tradition has been started. We are already planning our trip for next year with more family and friends!

Check in and check out was fast , very friendly staff. We arrived early and they let us check in early. House and pool were clean, it felt like home. Such a relaxing weekend cant wait to go back .
