Heavenly Sunshine Is Gorgeous! Close to Resort Pool and Rosemary! Sleeps 12!

We appreciated that there were some extra beach chairs and umbrellas available for our use (to supplement what we rented). Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. It is so conveniently located for catching the trolley to and from the pool & beach. I would give five stars across the board but the master bathroom has black mold on the ceiling. Unfortunately we've dealt with black mold and are very familiar with how to recognize it and the health dangers it can pose. With seniors, children and an expectant mother in the house, we had to completely avoid using the master suite to be on the safe side (to avoid breathing any airborne spores or disturbing the mold). Our stay would have been perfect if it wasn't for that issue and having to consolidate into other parts of the house. My hope is that the issue is dealt with properly (by the owner/ property manager) and doesn't cause health problems for any future guests. The property manager is very kind but quite hard to reach at times.

Our family loved the fireworks from the beach where you could see them in all directions. Very close walk to Rosemary shops and restaurants - would stay here again.

It is a beautiful, recently-renovated home with lots of space, comfy beds, and incredible location 100 ft from the square at Peddler's.We had a problem with the kitchen sink draining which was fixed promptly. The washer machine also was not working and we didn't get that running while we were there but it was a small blemish on an otherwise perfect renting experience.

Almost all but perfect - not entirely well stocked but otherwise almost perfect

The owner was easy to work with beginning to end addressing all concerns immediately. The house itself was lovely with a good floor plan, but it could use a good deep cleaning under beds and furniture cushions. The owner did address other cleaning concerns initially but a day later we noticed what was under cushions etc...leftover from previous visitors. All in all we had a great visit to Florida, loved the community, and had plenty of space for 8.

We enjoyed our stay at Heavenly sunshine! Stephanie was very easy to communicate with during our stay. We loved to convenience to get to the shops and pool.

We had a wonderful time with family. Property was beautiful and well appointed. This is a great place with multiple adult family members and children.
