Heavenly Mountain Views-Close to Plaza, Hot tub, Ski & Pickleball, Upscale home

We enjoyed our stay overall and found the home to be clean, spacious, and located in a very nice, safe neighborhood. The deck and hot tub were great features and made for a relaxing place to unwind after long days of exploring. The house had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids.It’s a charming older home that could use a little TLC in a few areas, but it worked well for our trip. The mini split units were somewhat difficult to keep running consistently. Thankfully, the weather during our stay was mild, so it wasn’t a major issue, though it could potentially be more noticeable during the hotter summer months.The location worked perfectly as a home base for visiting Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks, Bandelier National Monument, and the Taos/Rio Grande area. Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful views, relaxing.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful house. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, close to town and easy hiking. I’m afraid we bothered the owners with too many questions, but Lonnie was always helpful and patient. All six of us said we’d like to come back and regretted having to leave.

I stayed here with a group of 6 for a bachelor weekend and we couldn't possibly have asked for a better house. The decor and art are stunning and the house is insanely comfortable and spacious--the pictures don't do it justice. It's a short walk to the plaza and has everything you could need. The host had spectacular communication too. There's a reason this place has such a high rating. It's really worth it in every way. Trust me and just book it.

We had an absolutely amazing visit to Santa Fe, and a key reason was this property provided by Peter and Zonnie. We were an extended family of seven adults. The property was the perfect size, offering ample space. Stepping into it, we were amazed by how well it had been maintained and prepared for us. The amenities, from the bedrooms to the bath to the kitchen to the hot tub, were perfect. The house is superbly located, close to Santa Fe's center yet secluded enough to offer excellent privacy. The views, especially at sunrise, were stunning; we could not take enough pictures. Peter and Zonnie were perfect hosts, from the moment we made our reservation through the lead-up to our visit, during the visit, and through the post-visit follow-up. We cannot recommend this property more highly.

We loved this home and were very impressed with the layout, multiple living spaces, kitchen, and of course the deck and hot tub!! Beautiful views. The host was extremely accommodating. Hope to return!

Wonderful home in a stellar location

Wonderful house, amazing views, large outdoor deck, lots of common spaces and great bedrooms. Perfectly sized for 7 to 8 people. Feiendly host, responsive, clear instructions. Great kitchen st up, easy cook and clean for 7 to 8 people. Close to main square in Santa Fe, easy walk when cool outside.

Overall, we had a lovely stay. It was close enough to walk to downtown Santa Fe, which was nice. The views from the deck were incredible. The space was nicely updated and very clean. We would stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable, this home exceeded our expectations. It has a huge deck with a view of the mountains which feels very private. About all we heard was the sound of the nearby pickleball courts. It’s close to the plaza and everything else in Santa Fe. There were multiple areas to congregate indoors as well. One unexpected plumbing problem was handled promptly while we were on a day trip. We had both adults and children and everyone had a place to play, visit and rest. We would definitely book this house again the next time we return to Santa Fe.

Nice property. Within 5 to 15 minutes driving of any place you may want to go to in Santa Fe area. Not walkable though.

Home is beautiful with views out every window . We enjoyed watching sunrise and sunsets . Walking to town was very easy. The location was close to hiking , dining & shopping .

The property was beautiful and well maintained. We had 9 and it was a great space for us. We had all the football games on and cooking Thanksgiving dinner was easier with multiple ovens!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 weeks in October, with serial visits from friends while working remotely. Everything was outstanding! The property and house are actually even better than the pictures indicate. The studio master is a fantastic plus And the deck is simply wonderful Location is ideal, just an easy 1/2 mile walk to the things you want to do downtown, and very easy access to grocery stores and to major roads for getting around town or out of Santa Fe to hiking venues (like the ski basin, Bandelier, Taos, etc) Great dog park right across the street too! Highly responsive and helpful owners when anything came up, and terrific and nice staff recommended by owner for cleaning (thanks Veronica!) We hope to do this again!

Very beautiful house. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Great Deck with Sunrise and Sunset views

We had a truly amazing time here. The house was very clean, the kitchen very well stocked with both dishes and cookware, and the views across the valley are absolutely incredible. We had a flat tire on one of the cars and our hosts suggested a trusted local shop for a fix.

Great location and property. Very well equipped and comfortable. Very close to the centre of Santa Fe. Well recommended.
