Heated Saltwater Pool Spa Game Room - Family friendly Tropical Oasis!

Yes! We had a very nice stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub and games the most. It was nice to have the k-cups to start our stay and we also loved that there were games and a pool table. It was also nice to have soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was a very nice, clean house.

Very cozy and open home. I enjoyed my quick weekend away. It's in a very nice location of Palm Coast.

My Overall stay was Great, The House was Clean and Comfy, The Pool Flow wasn’t Working water was on a stand still! All the sinks in The Bathrooms were Clogged! Someone Came out and Serviced the Pool! So my Only Complaint would be the Sinks Being Clogged! I Would Definitely rent Again

We had a fantastic stay of 10 nights. Everything about this house and property was as described and much more. (Beautifull) Our host, Binh was very accommodating, and communications were great. The pool and hot tub were excellent. We love the solar heated saltwater pool, nice and warm our entire stay. We had no issues during our visit and look forward to returning. My mom passed a week before the stay and we were greeted with flowers and a condolences card .very thoughtful.the house was mote than expected we as a family grieved and had a wonderful dtay thank you so much

We loved our stay at this property, without any negatives at all. Check-in was easy, and the place was cool with the AC set comfortably. Love the interior furnishings and wall art, gives a sense of fun to each different area. The kitchen is spacious and well laid out. We only used the Master Bedroom, the bed was firm but we slept great! Master Bathroom is large with separate sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a huge raised tub. The game room and the pool are where we spent most of our time. We played over 20 games of pool and had the best time, laughing at made and missed shots. And the screened pool is the best! 3 separate umbrella covered seating areas, very private. We loved this property, and will definitely be back again.

Our stay at this rental meet or exceeded every one of our expectations.The Pool. The pool is heated by a solar system and was extremely effective. The pool was very warm and comfortable to be in. It should be noted that a true hot tub is attached to the pool and was amazing. Also as our stay, everything pictured on the listing actually existed at the rental. One item to note, the pool does have a shallow section and deep section that will be over the head of an adult.Inside - Three very nice bedrooms. The master is very nice. This property is unique in that there are 3 separate living room areas. Two of which are furniture furnished. The third has a game room with a nice pool table and foosball table. All have tv's. This would be extremely nice if you have groups of people that may want to separate. Appliances were very nice and everything worked without issue. Washer / Dryer onsite, but we did not use. Initial stock of supplies was adequate.Location. Location was great. Located in a residential area. We had no issues with neighbors or noise. You are 5 to 10 minutes away from the beach - Amazing sunrises. You are also the same time away from grocery stores, gas stations and walmart.Host - I can't stress enough that the host is highly rated for a reason. If you have any questions or issues you will get a response back very quickly.One other item to note - as of my stay you do not pay extra for pool heater. I hope this review helps.

This was our 3rd stay at this house and we would stay again. Everything has been kept up nicely and it accommodates all our needs. There's plenty to do with the pool, spa, & game room.

Beautiful home. We had planned our vacation for over a year and I found this beautiful property. It was even better then the listing. Unfortunately we only got to stay one night because of hurricane Milton. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay. Everything was clean amd fresh feeling. We all enjoyed the game room and the pool was well maintained. We all enjoyed our own space within the house. Location was ideal for our needs. We were never more than 30 minutes away from any activity we wanted to complete . Our host, Binh, was also helpful and quick to respond to inquiries. If you are looking for a nice, family friendly place to stay, I would highly recommend.

House is beautiful and inviting. Beds were very relaxing. Pool was amazing. Our overall stay was just so great that we didnt want to leave.

Great layout lots of room Master bedroom great space lots of room Pool was awesome perfect size for everyone. House just has a great layout for everyone to have there space. We would stay again.

We stayed for about 5 days with two adults and four children. The pool and hot tub were a godsend!
