The host was very accommodating and was very responsive. House was in a great location, easy to get to off the highway, equipped with everything and more. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Modern Palms was a relaxing stay.

Our family members are spread across the United States. While looking for a house to meet everyone, we were fortunate to find this listing on VRBO. After reading the amenities, accommodations and geographical location, upon arrival we were not disappointed. Everything was as described and then some. Dustin the host was always quick to respond when we had questions. This is a home you can walk into and have everything you could possibly need. We hope to make this an annual stay.
