Stayed Jun 14, 2024Upon arrival we noticed a horrible smell, we discovered the smell was from a few rugs that had been soaked due to the pool over flowing. We had three people on the phone with VRBO trying to find someone that could help. The staff at VRBO was horrible and kept us in a hold, transfer, disconnect cycle for nearly 4 hours. When the Host was finally able to talk to VRBO with us it all got resolved pretty much instantly. This host is amazing, VRBO customer service, not so much.

Stayed Feb 15, 2024The host cancelled within 24 hours of my group checking in. The whole process after they cancelled was incredibly poorly managed.

Stayed Jan 20, 2024We enjoyed our stay at this property. Close to a lot of things, nice quiet neighborhood that you can walk around. Nice little pool and hot tub. Good beds and linens. Quick communications with manager. Lots to like.
