Stayed Oct 14, 2025The neighborhood was what stood out. I do not think the owner was aware that they shut down the block for a huge community block party for Halloween. We found out a couple hours prior one of the late neighbors. Let me know. I was able to get candy from the HO AI also bought a bunch of backup waters and candy eh participate. All the neighbors were so kind and nice. And we really loved being there if the owner is ever interested in renting full-time, I would definitely take it off their hands.We are currently looking for homes in the area to move into and I absolutely fell in love with the neighbors and the neighborhood

Stayed Aug 4, 2025The house was better than expected, nicer than the pictures online. The beds and pillows were perfect. The only thing lacking was no umbrella that would screw into the sand was available. The wind at the beach would blew the umbrella down each time. We also had to purchase a cooler. The place would be excellent if a proper umbrella and cooler were there. Overall, I would rate this house a 9 out of 10.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025We had a ball the week we stayed the house was awesome & comfortable for all my family. The pool was great for the kids to swim & the covered area with the ceiling fans was comfortable for the adults. The location was good its 15 minutes to Englewood beach & about the same to gasprillia island.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025Stayed here 4th of July weekend. Whole family enjoyed the home. Super spacious! Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Communication was great and the host was very accommodating with some special request. Boca Grande and Manasota Key in decent proximity. Large pool. Kids had a blast im the pool and fishing out back (careful, we seen a few small gators. Would definitely stay again

Stayed Feb 16, 2025Property was the perfect location for what we needed (visiting nearby family) and was spacious, but needs maintenance. We booked even though it didn’t have any reviews because the host was labeled “Premier” so we thought it would be fine. Unfortunately, of all VRBO reservations we’ve had this was not at all “premier”. There were portions of the home that was dirty and had hair from previous guests - master bedroom, kitchen sink. The shower door doesn’t close all the way and the water goes all over the floor. There was a broken tile right at the entrance of the pool, there were large chunks of pool tile missing and although we paid extra for heat for the pool to be heated to 80F, it never got above or below 75F (meaning the heat was set at 75F) and we paid extra for nothing. The house is spacious, but definitely needs appropriate maintenance. The kitchen sink is worn and stained, the burners around the stove were rusty and dirty, there was a random electrical wire poking out of the kitchen sunlight area.The beds were ok. The towels were ratty and thin.Overall the property was not worth the money we paid.
