We love our stay. The house is stunning and clean. Having the beach wagon and gear ready to go saved us so much hassle. We played pickleball all morning and loved chilling on the balconies at night. Everything is nearby. Super smooth stay, 100% recommend!

This beach house is an absolute dream! Beautifully decorated, spacious, and just a short stroll to the sand. The waterfront beach pavilion and next-door pool were perfect, and the kids loved the arcade!

We had the absolute best trip! The house was spotless, which gave this mama major peace of mind. The kids were totally obsessed with the arcade, and that quick stroll to the beach was a lifesaver. Kate was so sweet and quick to text back. We’ll be back!

We loved our stay at this Miramar Beach home. The 5-bedroom layout easily accommodated our large group with plenty of privacy. Location: An easy 7-minute walk to the beach, with a free seasonal tram that was a lifesaver for gear. Amenities: The kids loved the head-to-head arcade, and being right next to the heated pool and pickleball courts was a huge plus. Quality: Spotlessly clean, newly renovated, and a fully stocked kitchen. Service: Great communication and helpful discounts on golf carts and bikes. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a modern, fun, and convenient beach getaway. We'll be back!

This house and location was amazing. 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach, approximately 3 miles from the outlets and shopping, restaurants near by. The host is EXCELLENT with communication and instructions. This home offered pool and beach toys and equipment. I would definitely rent from her again. My family and I didnt want to leave but reality and work called us home. Thanks to Kate for making our vacation really enjoyable. A special thanks for our treat! We enjoyed it.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived, and had everything we could wish for. Kate was very resourceful and always quick to reply to all of our questions. The location is convenient. We would love to make this place our annual destination if possible.

We had a blast. This may very well be our spot for our trips in the future for Destin if it’s available. More than enough space for all our guests and so many things to do in the area. We loved it !!!

Our family of 10 stayed here for our summer vacation and it was a great decision. The place was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully furnished and decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Our little ones enjoyed the arcade. Pool is a 10-step walk from the house, and was surprisingly deserted, probably due to its location. (The central pool is more crowded.) The beach is only several minute walk away, but we used the tram quite often so that was a plus too. Kate was extremely responsive, as if the phone had been glued to her hand all the time. We would recommend this house to everyone who visits the area.

Great place, host was very responsive and gave clear instructions to make to the stay completely seamless. The tram was always available to take us to the beach, but the walk was not bad either. Would recommend!

8 adults and 3 children stayed at the house, and we had plenty of room to live and relax. The neighborhood has tennis/pickleball courts, 2 pools, and a shuttle to take you to and from the beach. The owner is very responsive and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend!

We booked this house for a last minute getaway and honestly didn't expect much, but we were genuinely impressed at what it had to offer versus the price. It looks even better than pictures, has plenty of amenities, and is so close to the beach. The subdivision has its own private beach access so no trouble regarding public vs private beach as in other areas. Cleanliness is top-notch and the host is very dedicated. We would stay here again. Period!

We had a terrific time at Miramar and our stay at La Sonadora. The house was perfectly clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including a great assortment of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. We were happy, too, to utilize the tram to get to the beach; however, the walk was not bad, either. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This house was perfect for our group! Easy walk to the private beach, beautiful neighborhood. Kids loved the community pools and basketball courts. House was fully stocked, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

After booking, the host was very responsive on answering numerous questions that we had about the house, pools, and beach rentals. The description of the house was accurate and the check-in process was easy. The instructions for check-in and HOA/owner rules were described in the manual sent ahead of time (pool rules seemed a bit restrictive). The beach shuttle (8-passenger golf cart) was wonderful for getting supplies to the beach even though there was still a slight walk from drop off location and the pavilion to get on the beach. We used the umbrella and 3 chairs from the house on the second trip to the beach so as not to have to rent on beach a second time (had to go down beach a way to be able to set these up). The pavilion was great with the restrooms and bar there. The kids loved the snow cones on the hot day. Also, being able to get some ice for the cooler there was great. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Miramar Beach.

Our stay was perfect. Clean, spacious, and beautiful home. One of the two community pools is literally right outside, and no one was there, making us feel like it's our own private pool LOL. Beach is just a few minute walk away. The neighborhood has its own private beach access with a pavilion, bathroom, shower, and snack bar. We could set up our umbrellas and chairs wherever we wanted. All the places we wanted to go to is with 15 min drive (most within 5 min). Kate was very competent and answered all our messages within minutes. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We had an issue with our trailer (not allowed in the neighborhood, but we missed that part in the house rule and brought one! oops!). Host went extra miles to help us find a good place to park our trailer. We would book with them again as we know we'd be in good hand.

This home was just what our family needed! It was incredibly roomy, giving everyone enough space to relax. We loved having two master bedrooms—each family got their own private retreat. The walk to the beach was so quick (only 5-7 minutes or even faster if you catch the free tram), and we had the added bonus of a private pavilion for our community only, which was a wonderful touch. The home itself was beautifully designed, with a unique charm that made it feel extra special. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time here! The house was beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. It’s clear a lot of thought went into the interior, and it really added to the overall experience. The beach was a quick walk away, and we don't have to worry about beach access. The location was also super convenient with lots of great spots to eat and shop nearby.

Kate's home is clean and beautiful, just as pictured. We had to book very last minute and Kate went above and beyond to accommodate us. She literally saved our vacation, which was at risk of being cut short due to issues at the original place that we booked. This home had everything we needed and was at a very convenient location. We loved the quick stroll to the private beach access as well as being right across the pool. We would definitely come back in the future.

If you're traveling with a group or family, this place is the one. We loved how roomy and comfortable the house felt, with plenty of space for everyone. Lots of board games to play. The beach was so close by. The host was very dedicated. We highly recommend.

Just got back from an amazing stay at this gorgeous house, and I can’t recommend it enough! It was very clean and has stylish interior design and furnishing; a perfect mix of cozy and modern vibes. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the bedrooms were super comfy. It's just a short walk to the beach, and the neighborhood is chill but close to cool shops and restaurants. Our host was awesome—extremely responsive, super helpful and had great local tips. Overall, this spot is a total gem! Can’t wait to return!
