The private pool, attached spa and patio are reserved exclusively for your group. Pool and spa heating may be requested in advance and may require an additional fee.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

Located within the gated Reunion West community, also known as Encore Resort at Reunion, the home offers a convenient setting for family vacations near Walt Disney World and Central Florida’s leading attractions. The neighborhood consists primarily of spacious vacation homes with private pools, sidewalks, landscaped streets, and a staffed community entrance.



Walt Disney World is approximately 10–15 minutes away, while SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort are generally within 20–25 minutes under normal traffic conditions. Nearby Old Lake Wilson Road, State Road 429, and Interstate 4 provide convenient driving access to the theme parks, Disney Springs, golf courses, and other Orlando destinations.



Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, shopping, and everyday conveniences are available within a short drive. Guests may also visit the onsite Encore restaurant, subject to operating hours and availability.



Please note that this reservation does not include access to the Encore Club’s water park, resort pools, water slides, fitness center, arcade, complimentary breakfast, or theme-park shuttle. Your group will have exclusive access to the home’s private pool, attached spa, covered patio, and in-home amenities.



Travel times vary depending on traffic, construction, and your chosen park entrance.



Getting Around:

A personal or rental vehicle is recommended for visiting the theme parks, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping areas, and other Orlando attractions. The gated Reunion West community offers convenient driving access to Old Lake Wilson Road, State Road 429, and Interstate 4.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.



The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
