Stayed Apr 23, 2026The location of the house to everything was amazing. We had a couple of hiccups with the stay. The city inspector came unannounced as well as the pool guy. It also would have been helpful to know that there was construction going on. All those things said, I wouldrent the house again..

Stayed Jun 14, 2025The house was the perfect size for our group. The location was very nice. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs for the stay. The thermostat was a little hard to get changed but it worked.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025This home needs a deep clean and lots of repairs! Everything in the kitchen was disgusting and had to be washed by hand before using. The linens, couch, pillows, just everything in the house was worn out and dirty. Lights were always flickering or bulbs out. Just expect an old dingy beach house if you go with this listingOn a positive note, the host was very responsive and this is a great location. Easy golf cart trip to wonderful beach access points, shops and restaurants.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025We enjoyed our stay at this AMI home. Very spacious with beautiful ocean views in the front and canal views in the back. Close to restaurants, shops and beaches. The trolley stop is only a few blocks away! Bicycle rentals nearby were a plus too. We hardly used our car all week!

Stayed Feb 15, 2025I love this house. It's an easy walk to both bay and gulf beaches as well as town. I stayed her by myself for a week and with family for a week. Never felt unsafe at all. Only issue was with the pool, which had several visits from the very nice pool guy. It's back to looking good so I am happy. The house layout is great for multiple groups with each bedroom having its own bathroom. It's great.
