Heated Pool & Spa, Billiards, 15 Min Vegas Strip

Pros- Rooms and house very clean. Plenty of household supplies, towels, blankets, etc. Property management real good communication! Cons: property needs better maintenance and upgrades. Pool had broken concrete slab hanging inside the pool and needs a lot of cosmetic repairs. Pool table old. Old sticks and balls. Living room couch old and recliners on couch broken. Living room area rug lifting. Back yard furniture old. Verticals blinds are old. Pictures on site are not accurate. Disappointed because we came to enjoy the common areas of the house and they needed repairs! Make sure asked questions if management did repairs before booking

We had a comfortable stay. Close to the ice rink where my granddaughter participated in an ice hockey camp,

5 Stars Across the board.A little hiccup with the door code on check-in but that was easily resolved via text message with the management team demonstrating the ease of communication.The house was clean and spacious, tastefully decorated and ample towels, pillows and linens. The location is prime with easy access to shopping, food options and close entry to Route 215. The kitchen is well-equipped. The pool does fill rapidly with wind-blown debris (leaves, insects, etc) in spite of the robot vacuum but it is likely unavoidable given the surroundings. There is a net to self-clean. The hottub is on a schedule 5PM-10PM and a great way to wind down before quiet hours are in effect.Having a garage with an opener also allows for ease of access. This is definitely a repeat for us!

The host was very responsive and the house was close to everything. It worked great for our family.

There was a problem with the water heater and they fixed it very fast. Beautiful location and even better than the pictures.

The house fit our needs for our family trip to the area. The main reason we booked was cost and the bidets (hey, if you are used to bidets at home and then travel, having bidets is a necessity.) The host was accommodating on check in time requests and was quick to respond. It was convenient to the strip and other great food locations in the area. The grocery store was less than a mile away.

Nice clean home 10 min from airport. Host greeted us at the house to give us a tour. Loved the hot tub and complimentary coffee and tea bar. Only complaint is that the mattresses are the foam ones that you find in so many rental homes now. Fine but not great. Would stay again.

Really happy with our stay. Communicating with host was, clear, easy, and pleasant. The house was very clean and well stocked. What I appreciated most of all, the property was in the same condition as the photos, sometimes the pictures look good, but things are broken, or disheveled looking upon arrival. Not the case here, we had a great stay, THANK YOU.

This is an amazing house with a pool. Just what we were looking for while in Vegas to have our family and friends at for my daughters wedding. There was lots of space for us. The check in process was easy as I received a message from Matthew and was allowed early check in since we were driving in from out of state. I would 100% recommend this house.
