Stayed Apr 18, 2025The property is listed as HEATED POOL!!! Big lie on the description. We find out after we got to the property that in order to use the heater pool owner needs to pre approve for this feature and guess what!? We couldn’t used it because the owner and the person in charge of the property didn’t do anything. After trying to reach the person in charge which was very hard for him to answer the phone calls or reply to our text messages he finally said the owner approved to turn on the heater. THAT NEVER HAPPENED pool was cold and my kids couldn’t enjoy it. The heated pool was the only reason we booked this property. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Stayed Jan 20, 2025Don and Maria’s place is as shown in the listing. Every detail had been well looked after. The whole home has undergone a beautiful renovation with all new furniture and appliances! The living area and bedrooms are great with very comfortable beds! The large dining table provides a great area for family dinners and games night. Our favourite area for sure was the pool area with a great view of the 8th geeen of Souther Dines. Southern Dunes Golf course is one of the top rated public courses in all of Florida!!! Shopping (Walmart and Winn Dixie) are walking distance from the home and there are several great restaurants in the area!Don was attentive and quick to address any issues we had.! Without question if you’re looking for a fantastic home in central Florida - look no further.Can’t wait to be back! Jon and Donna

Stayed Dec 30, 2024Excellent location and property. Excellent correspondence with the owner, what more do you need?Would recommend this location to anyone wishing to stay outside of the Orlando area as this opens up more locations to visit in all directions.

Stayed May 27, 2024Nice 3 bed villa. All fittings look new and villa is in good condition. Pool was very clean and looked out over the golf course.

Stayed May 20, 2024Great stay! Beds & pillows were extremely comfortable! Pool and location were perfect! Enough rooms & space for a family! I liked that it was gated with security at the gate. Watching the golfers was cool.. definitely would stay here again if I had a complaint it would be it needs updated kitchen faucet & sprayer.

Stayed Apr 3, 2024My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfy. The pool was warm and sparkling! The host were amazing. Made sure we was taken care of from the time we checked in til the last day. My kids loved it. Most definitely would book again.

Stayed Nov 18, 2023Every year we go to Florida for thanksgiving! This year we stayed here and it was absolutely perfect! Super close to places to eat and Walmart! The pool was perfect for our kiddos! The owners were super easy to contact and honestly made the process one of the easiest we have had using Vrbo! Definitely recommend for kids and families!
