Pool Rules & Heating
• Heated during daytime (Nov–Apr)
• Not heated overnight; temps may vary with weather
• From May through October, the weather is typically very warm, and pool heating is generally not needed; however, optional heating is available for $30 per night if desired.
• ⚠️ Please note that all pool controls are managed by our team—any tampering may result in a $500 fee.

Pet Policy
• One approved dog allowed per reservation, with applicable pet fee
• Breed & weight must be disclosed before booking
• ⚠️ Dogs under 1 year or restricted breeds (e.g., Labradors) are not allowed
• ❌ Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine
• ️ Protective couch covers are provided for stays with approved pets
