The House
The home underwent a COMPLETE RENOVATION in Sept 2022. Kitchen now has brand new upscale cabinetry with granite countertops and new tile flooring. The bathrooms now have brand new upscale vanities with granite countertops and new tile flooring with marble shower/bathtubs, new tile in bedrooms and other updates. Private, screened-in, salt water, heated pool! Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house. No neighbors in front with a 6 foot privacy fence around the back yard for a peaceful secluded retreat. The pool is surrounded by tropical plants and flowers & has rabbit visitors in the morning. It has a REAL Tiki bar. Enjoy your view of the lake directly in front of the house with a city maintained walking/jogging sidewalk path which goes around a natural wetland area.

Entertainment
Baseball fans!!!!! The Mets Stadium is two exits North (10 minute drive) along with a premier movie theater, Superplay - which has a bowling alley, batting cages, laser tag, mini golf, and a full arcade. There is also a massive indoor trampoline bounce arena (for kids and teens) in the vicinity called DEFY. Multiple upscale chain restaurants and shopping are within 2 miles at Tradition Village. Multiple top notch public golf courses are within 10 minutes drive including the PGA tournaments.

The home is near Interstate 95 & Gatlin Blvd. 20 mins to Jensen Beach, 40 mins to Palm Beach Outlets and premier scuba diving, 25 mins to historic downtown Ft. Pierce on the water by the marinas, with dolphin and manatee watching boat tours, as well as deep sea fishing. Park attractions like Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, and Sea world, as well as South Beach Miami are within 2 hours.

The Neighborhood
Super Walmart is across the street from this safe neighborhood. Bass Pro Shops with a large indoor aquarium, Publix super market, and banks are also down the street.

More on the house
You will see bright red Cardinals, Painted Buntings, & every other bird of color at the bird feeder in the private backyard. The lake is complete with Sand Hill Cranes, wild ducks, Rosette Spoon Bills, Hawks, and Osprey's.

For home entertainment, the home features free high-speed internet with WiFi and two large HD TV's with streaming movies and channels, and over 500 satellite channels. Please note: not every channel is on the system. There is also a championship Foosball machine, dart board, and several board games such as Jenga, Monopoly, dominoes, traditional playing cards, Uno, and more!

The Master bedroom has a large walk in closet and dressers for longer stays. The Master also has a dedicated full bathroom with dual sinks and a vanity mirror. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have large closets and drawers for long stays and a full bathroom between BR 1 and 2 with a shower/tub.

The house layout is a split floor-plan for privacy. All beds are queen size with top of the line 12-Inch Gel Memory Foam Comfort Mattresses with twill hypoallergenic mattress covers and high thread count sheets and pillow cases. They are deep cleaned after each stay.

The kitchen has an modern oven and stove and is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils for the chef at heart and accommodates long-term stays. The home also supplies a toaster (bread or bagel), microwave, dishwasher, rice maker, blender for tropical drinks. There is also a a high-end coffee maker, a turkey, ham, or pork-loin roaster pot, and other amenities.

The dining table seats 6. Also, there is a table in breakfast area that faces the lake with 3 chairs that can also be used as a dedicated work area. The pool veranda has an outdoor table with 4 chairs & a Tiki bar with 3 stools. There is a charcoal grill on the outdoor patio (with full utensils stored in the kitchen).

The lounge area has three super comfortable Broyhill sofas with a 40 inch TV and DVD with remotes. The Roku TV has Tubi and Peacock with free streaming movies and television series in its library and it will also stream your Netflix account. The TV also has 500 full HD cable channels with full selection of hundreds of your favorite programs as well as local channels.

Guest access
Full access to the whole house. This home is a dedicated vacation rental with no one living in it, or on the property. There is a digital lock and the code is changed every time a guest departs. The new door code is sent to the new guest the day of arrival prior to check in.

Disclosures and legal stuff:

Pool disclosure: Swim at your own risk. This home is not for infants and non-swimmers and there is no lifeguard on duty.

Crime free disclosure: Due to the proximity of the property to a park/child congregating area, registered sex offenders are not permitted to occupy the residence. (FL 948.30.b). This home is not available for ANY illegal activity or criminal occupants.

Animal and smoke free disclosure: This home is in compliance with the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, the National Institute of Health, and the Center for Disease Control as a dander and endotoxin free home for those with asthma, severe allergies, other similar ailments, as well as travelling medical/surgical staff at Tradition Medical Center. Therefore, it is exempt from service/comfort animals and cannot accommodate pets, or smokers because it is outside of the scope of reasonable accommodation.

Regarding requests for accommodation of animals: Accommodations after occupancy of animals/ smokers would require a permanently installed high grade HEPA filter, replacement of the full HVAC system, replacement of all duct work, a full carpet replacement, and a full repaint of the residence interior, and a full replacement of the mattresses and soft furniture to remain offered as a National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences/NHI/CDC compliant home. Therefore, granting animal requests would impose an undue financial and administrative burden on the housing provider. The request would fundamentally alter the essential nature of the housing provider's operations. The assistance animal would pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others despite any other reasonable accommodations that could eliminate or reduce the threat.

    The pool is very private. The home was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and the walk around the lake across the street is very relaxing. We we had an issue the host corrected them immediately.

    We stayed a month. We really liked the comfort of the bed, the well equipped kitchen and the privacy of the backyard. The pool was wonderful too and the pool was cleaned every Monday. There were plenty of towels and linens. We liked the big dining room table as well. We missed the convenience of having a gas grill. There is a small charcoal grill we used a few times. All the outdoor seating needs a refresh, as do all the mats and area rugs. The plants around the house and pool are overgrown. That being said we had a pleasant stay.

    House wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Had to clean stove and oven before we used it and when I opened the oven door the handle fell off. Floor was dirty and outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Vacuum didn’t work, no belt. Bathroom rugs were disgusting. Had to wash them. We cleaned it up and enjoyed our time in Pirt St Lucie. We will not rent here again.

    After spending a week here to visit family over the Thanksgiving holiday, I have no complaints with this home. It's a nice home that had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really wanted privacy during this trip and this home provided that. No random pool or yard service people showing up. Thank you. The heated pool was great. The only real concern I had during my stay were the number of spiders around the pool area. Thankfully, there were none in the house. The home is in a good location with a surprising number of police officers who live in the area; one being only about 2 houses down the street. I will say that I would rather have the ability to park in the garage to keep the car cool rather than having the so-called game room that only has one game in it. Honestly, ya'll could just get rid of that foosball table. No one is renting this house for that. Nevertheless, I would stay here again.

    Red flag number 1, the host contacted immediately after initial booking with a strange message about there being a digital lock and that payment to them won't come for several days after check-in. Red flag number 2, the house is for sale which is a surprise because that was not disclosed in the property details or prior to check-in. As we made our way up to the front door, we had to navigate through the dense jungle of plants. The foliage was so thick that it seemed to be reaching out to touch us from both sides. We were warned not to touch the plants, as doing so would result in a fine according to the property rules. Upon entering, the pungent smell of long-time smokers immediately assaulted our senses. It was the unmistakable odor of someone who had smoked heavily indoors. If you are sensitive to such smells or are traveling with a child you may know the struggle ahead. The only option provided by the host was to open the door to the patio. With the heat index soaring over 100 degrees for the week, it was clear that everyone would struggle in such conditions. In an attempt to save the vacation, after 2 hours at the property we checked out. It was a costly lesson to learn that the term completely renovated in the listing only meant superficial changes to make the property suitable for vacation rentals.
